"Legally Backup any Copy Protected DVD!" Introducing....

EaziBackUp™

Everything you could ever need to create PERFECT Backup Copies of

ANY COPY PROTECTED DVD
DVD's have been around a good few years now and people are really starting to build up large collections. Also it is becoming increasingly common to find that certain titles have been discontinued and no longer available to purchase.
We all know DVD's, if looked after correctly are extremely robust, a far cry from the days of video tape, where as the years passed, the tape itself began to perish, taking often irreplaceable memories with them.
Though robust, it's certainly a concern that over time DVD's will eventually become damaged and again our favourite movie, not only unwatchable, but irreplaceable if indeed the title has been discontinued.
DVD's also contain a protection system on them which stops them being copied from a DVD player to a blank DVD. Which is understandable, obviously to combat piracy.
There is however hope!

There is a little known Law which states that a person is legally allowed to create a single back up of any DVD or CD in their collection that they have purchased legitimately.
[ ](http://egalaxy2000.co.uk/dlg/sell.php?prodData=cb%2C159)

If for whatever reason the original is not in a person’s possession, then the "backup" must be destroyed.

"Hey, That's Great! I’m legally entitled to create a backup of my DVD's... The only problem is it’s impossible as they have copy protection on them!"

Unfortunately this is true.

Just about every DVD is encrypted with one or more types of DVD copy protection. The three most common types of encryption are: Macrovision, Content Scrambling System (CSS), and more recently Sony ARccOS.

A stand alone DVD player will certainly not allow a protected DVD to be copied. And almost all DVD Burning Software will not work on a copy protected DVD.

For example; Nero™ would not be able to read an image from a protected disc, and the copy would fail.

It only takes a short while searching the web before a solution seems to present itself.

There are literally 100's of "Copy any DVD" programs on the market, which promise to create you a perfect back up of your DVD's But of course, at a price..

The price ranges of these packages vary in cost hugely. The cheapest I found was $25.... And was horrified to find one software package costing nearly
$240!
With so many choices which one is the best?? Is it the most expensive?? If I buy the cheaper software will the quality of my copy be substandard???

Can I clear up something before I go any further?

If it was possible to fit a whole DVD movie onto a blank CD without losing picture quality, then why can’t you purchase CD’s with movies already on them?

Because they would look and sound TERRIBLE!

Don’t bother with any Software that claims it can do this and still keep the same quality as on a regular DVD. Its total rubbish! In Fact:

STOP!
DON'T PAY A SINGLE PENNY FOR ANY OF THEM!

How would you feel if I told you that what is generally agreed to be the best software for copying protected DVD's was in fact:

100% TOTALLY FREE!!!!

They are completely free to download and keep with NO hidden charges... NO small print... They are yours to keep as long as you wish!

"So why are software companies trying to sell something that's actually available free..?"

The answer is really simple; they offer a:

One Click Solution

i.e. Put a DVD in the PC..... Wait a while...... When it ejects the DVD replace it with a blank DVD and close it..... Wait a while longer and..

Hey Presto! After a few minutes a perfect copy is ready!

The main benefit of these commercial software packages is nothing more than Convenience.

It would certainly be fair to say that anyone with limited PC knowledge, trying to back up their DVD collection for the first time, might find the idea of using separate programs for each step a bit daunting, and as there are many different settings which can be changed,

The "One Click Solution Package" is certainly starting to look more appealing.

Before I go any further, let’s take a moment to look at the complete process that needs to happen in order to create a backup of a copy protected DVD:

1. The image on the protected DVD needs to be "Ripped" to a PC.

A "DVD ripper" is a software program used to extract the data from a DVD video disc and store it onto a hard drive. The copy protection is also removed by this software, so other applications, Nero™ for example, would be able to read the image and burn it to a blank DVD.

"Seems simple enough!! I use a "DVD Ripper" to copy the DVD to my computers Hard Drive, and then I can use my favourite DVD burning software to create my copy...

Easy! Not quite...

Most people are unaware that almost all commercial DVD's that we buy, are sometimes up to 50% larger in size than can fit on a Standard Blank recordable DVD!

DVD movies are typically dual layered and hold anywhere from 6 GB to 8 GB of data, when all the menus and extras are added in.
Most DVD burners are single layer burners and only work with 4.7 GB which is the standard size of a blank recordable DVD.
If your burner supports dual layer burning, that’s great, however, dual layered recordable blank DVD's cost 10 - 15 times more than single layered DVD's!

That’s where the second piece of software comes in:

2. Compress The Image To Fit On A Blank DVD

Again, completely free, this software program applies "compression" to the file, without damaging the quality of the final back up.

This is the part of the process where the commercial software packages really let themselves down.
Compression is a tricky business... the more compression applied the more the quality reduces, but it also needs to be applied very carefully, else even the smallest amount of compression, would ruin the final result
If the compression is rushed, or not applied correctly then the quality of the final result will be extremely low. The disc will be liable to jump, freeze, or in some cases the DVD player will not even recognise the DVD at all when it is loaded!

This piece of software we will be using is generally considered unsurpassed by any other software compression software.... and it hasn't been updated or changed for almost 4 years!

After this software has completed, your file will be compressed just enough to fit on any blank recordable DVD.

3. Burn the file with your favourite burning software.

There are countless DVD burning programs on the market, one of the most popular is Nero™ which will work fine, but if you have a personal preference, that’s OK too!!!
Don't worry if you don't have any burning software, because I've included some in the guide as well!!

So You Will Have EVERYTHING
You Need To Get Started.

“Hey, Just Hang On...Why Buy This Digital Guide If The Software Is Free?”

I have been creating high quality backups of my DVD collection for nearly 4 years now. Whilst I now feel confident using & configuring these programs, I will always remember my frustration when I used them for the first time.

My knowledge of the DVD recording process was none at all, and as I had discovered these programs simply by accident, I struggled for weeks to set them up correctly. It was quite clear to me this software required some previous experience of DVD duplication, of which I had none! The help guides were certainly aimed at users who had a more than basic understanding of the various settings & options and how they will impact on the final result.
After 2 weeks of battling to get them set up correctly, I finally caved in....

I purchased one of the commercial software packages and installed it in no time and within 30 mins I had created my first ever backup!

Watching the DVD proved to be far trickier!

It "stuck" in a few places, and at one point jumped about 10 minutes forward! From the picture quality in general it was fairly easy to tell by the which one was the copy.

What was the point of paying for the software's ease of use, when the final outcome was often disappointing if not sometimes unwatchable?

I decided to persevere with the original software and finally, with a lot of time spent researching on the web.

I managed to not only successfully set up the software, but through experimenting with different settings, the results I achieved completely blew my expectations away!

In the time it had taken me to successfully set up the software, I had actually purchased a new TV.

I now was the proud owner of a 50" LCD HD TV

It was HUGE!

ANY issues with the quality of my backup DVD's, even the smallest, stood out a mile.

The good news was I was able to experiment with different settings to achieve what I believe is the highest quality copy possible.

You have my 100% Guarantee that if you apply the settings as shown in the Digital Guide, you will not be able to tell the backup & the original apart!

100% Guaranteed!

I have written this book so you can enjoy the best possible results with the minimum inconvenience This Digital Guide is a simple to follow guide to help you set up and use these software programs together to: obtain the

Hi Pete,
Just had to comment on your new guide: EaziBackUp™
It’s a great product that anyone, especially people like me, will find very useful. I can't tell you how many DVD's and CD's I've wasted trying to make back ups etc. It also makes a pleasant change to read a guide that's so simple to follow. I just hate it when some guides explain things to you as if you're an expert in the subject. I had created my first Back up copy within 20 minutes of reading it! Well Done!
