Cover just the chicken with water in a pot. Bring pot to boil, then lower heat to medium with lid. Let cook for 30 minutes. Drain out all water. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil, then bring down tempature to low with lid. Let cook an additional 20 minutes. Serve over rice.

2 POUNDS OF GROUND BEEF-1 POUND BAG OF MIXED VEGETABLES-1 CAN OF MUSHROOM SOUP 10 TO 12 OUNCES-2 TEASPOONS OF SEASONED SALT-2 TEASPOONS OF GARLIC POWDER-1 TEASPOON OF ONION POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON OF CUMIN POWDER-ADDITIONAL REGULAR SALT TO TASTE AFTER COOKING
Cover all ingrediants with water by 1/8 of an inch. Bring covered pot to a boil, then cook below boiling on low heat for 25 minutes.
