So I told my wife I hated my job and wanted to quit. I could see she was worried about me walking away from a six figure job … but she also wanted me to be happy.
She Asked Me What I Would Do Instead
I jokingly said, “Maybe I’ll start betting on sports.” I said that because her brother liked to bet on more sports and had just placed a big bet on a Premier League match.
But it was like a light bulb went off over her head. “You know with your knowledge about statistics and numbers that may not be such a bad idea.”
“But I don’t know anything about sports,” I said.
