Phase 1 – Hypertrophy Phase


Phase 1 is all about building muscle and setting yourself up for success in the next phase. We do this by increasing the Time Under Tension (TUT) during each set. The longer the TUT, the better the hypertrophy will be! But how do we do that?
 
In order to achieve these benefits, we incorporate the use of tempos to enhance the time under tension (TUT) of the exercise. We build the movement from the ground up! We focus on the eccentric and transition point of each movement. This in return builds a strong foundation for us to build upon in order to increase overall strength! 

Phase 2 – The Strength Phase


Phase 2 is all about the weight! Our goal is to make you stronger than you have ever been! We do this by using a linear periodization to help enhance the rate of force development within the muscles. That is science talk that translates to “making you stronger”!
