Property market in the United Kingdom is by far one of the most profitable markets for investors in the world. It is safe, well established market, with great access to data, infrastructure and financing. That is why for the last 30 years it has been a magnet for many international investors who built – and continue building their wealth there.

In this module we will go in depth into analysis of the property market in the UK. We will use many criteria to prove that UK is the best choice in terms of property markets in the world.



Module 3 – Detailed Property Due Diligence

An integral part of property investing is a proper due diligence of the property you are about to invest in. In this module we will look at many tools we, professional investors, use in order to make sure our investment is safe and profitable. We will go through different sources of data that help you understand the future of the project.

This part itself can save you a lot of money if you do not do a proper due diligence before buying a property.



Module 4 – Calculating Property Deals
