This distressed farmhouse style writing desk is one of my best sellers. Assembly takes about 2 hours from start to finish but as you get the hang of it you will be able to do it in about an hour. Material cost is just under $40 and this desk easily sells for $200 IF you use the selling methods I outline for you.
I'm able to sell between 10 to 15 of these desks a week just in my local area so this simple desk could make you a full time living by itself!
Distressed Style Corn Hole Game
One of my beginner pieces, its super easy assemble and very low material cost. This is one of the best pieces to get your feet wet. Its sells for $70 to $100 and the material cost is only $20. I will walk you through building and selling this piece including how to get the signature "burn" look on the top of the boards. This piece will sell extremely quickly IF you use the selling methods I outline for you.
Farmhouse Style Coffee and Side Tables
People LOVE this coffee and side table set. This is quickly becoming one of my "staple" pieces since the assembly takes less then 2 hours from start to finish and the material cost is only $80 leaving you with a profit of $220 for each set sold!
