How to Get Rid of Inconsistent Performances, Recurring Injuries and Self-Doubt

If you suffer from dips in form, constant niggling injuries and struggle to play with freedom… if you are tired of seeing players who aren’t as good as you getting all the credit and opportunities which should be coming YOUR WAY…then this message is just for you. Here’s why…

There’s a way you can play with unrivalled confidence, run rings around your opponents with ease and be the star of the show every time you step onto the pitch…while you watch your body get leaner, significantly reduce recovery time and feel more dynamic than ever before.

And you need to realize, there is a cost to not dealing with this…

If You Don’t Do Something About It, There’s A High Chance You’ll Look Back On A Career Of Missed Opportunities And “If Only’s…”

What most players do when facing sub-par performances and constant injury setbacks is just settle with it or rely on the people around them, hoping they can help turn things around…being offered unqualified advice or short term “quick fixes” which can cause further damage and confusion (in my case it was almost irreversible). But for most people, none of that works.

Every man and his dog seem to be an expert when it comes to fitness…conditioning yourself for football has a level of complexity which doesn’t apply to many other sports. Working ‘harder’ at the wrong time can actually lead to your performance level deteriorating and greatly increasing your risk of injury.

The primary cause of injury is a lack of functional strength resulting in a flaw in your body’s ability to repeatedly and effectively absorb the forces it will experience on the football pitch. Players behave reactively, paying £££ multiple times per year to see a physio instead of investing in preventing injuries in the first place.

Diets and gimmicky workouts from a magazine don’t work, because they fail to recognize that lasting results come from consistently following a structured programme over a period of months (minimum).

And finally, following the advice of your coach, team mates or your family on something which you know requires the input of a professional could actually be detrimental and even lead to being released or injured for months on end.

And what happens if you just keep going down this road? If you continue doing what you’ve always been doing?

You keep underperforming, picking up avoidable injuries and missing out on huge opportunities to progress…until one day you find yourself playing Sunday League, overweight, with an office job and reminding everyone of how you “would have been a pro” if you hadn’t been victim to a ton of bad luck.

How I Discovered The Secret Training Strategies Of The Fittest Pro Footballers

I’ve got an answer that works.

Here’s the story: I was released after 9 years at a pro club, my form suddenly dipped 6 months before it was time to sign on as a full-time pro. Next thing I knew I was out on the side-lines injured for 3 years, with no light at the end of the tunnel. I tried everything to get my fitness back and get signed by a pro club again.

And then one day I realized I had to stop listening to the advice of 30 different people, ‘hoping’ that their short-term fixes would work…My body was a mess. I needed to become the expert I was so desperately searching for.

In the space of 12 months I had gone from almost certainly being offered a full-time pro contract by my club and even trialling with England, to unable to complete a simple warm-up.

I was without a club and completely out of the game.

So, at the age of 19 I went to University to get a degree in Sports Science and proceeded to specialize in football specific strength and conditioning, getting a behind the scenes insight into how the top level pro’s keep themselves in superior condition whilst using myself as a Guinea Pig for the training strategies I was learning.

With a few critical tweaks, after 3 years out I suddenly started to see significant progress.

The one thing that was crucial: I found most existing ‘fitness programmes’ didn’t relate in any way to the aims, movements, schedule and priorities of a footballer.

Within 1 year of following my own blueprint, I had gone from wincing with severe hip pain and a non-existent level of match fitness…to being signed by a semi-professional club, training 4 times per week, made captain within 5 games and lining up against the Hyundai A League Champions, Brisbane Roar.

I continued to develop the blueprint and began sharing it with other players, and they had the same experience as me!

It Worked For These Players, And It Could Work For You

I went from not playing a single match for 4 years to playing against the Hyundai A League Champions after following my programme for less than 1 year…but what’s really amazing is what happened when I started sharing the training programme with other footballers…

"I'm a young footballer currently at Scunthorpe United in England, I play right back and I am the youngest player to have ever been offered a professional contract at 15 years old. I got your programme and it is excellent and really helped me reach my peak level of performance." - Harry Baker

“Just want to say that I’ve been following your programme for 2 seasons now and it’s helped me massively. The other day I got offered a pro contract at Barnet F.C. I wanted to let you know as you’ve helped me develop my game and made this possible.” - Jack Tompkins

"I started your speed programme first and I can already see benefits in the first 2 weeks., at the start of the programme my 10m sprint time was 2.3 seconds and now it is 1.8 seconds. I just wanted to thank you for making this programme because I have struggled with my speed for many years." - Callum Duff

"I used your programme when I was at Chicago Fire and I still do, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you guys for your work it has really helped alot." - Dekovic Matej

“I’m stronger than ever, dominating the entire midfield and making some heads turn
