I thought I was hot stuff in 2013 when I packed on a few extra pounds. 5 years earlier, you’d find me over-fatigued, training without strategy and undernourished.

That was me sitting at about 135lbs of ego, wrapped in a skinny-fat body. The only thing I had going for me were my arms…nothing else really!

I could curl 35lbs with struggle but you wouldn’t catch me deadlifting OR squatting over 185lbs. Tisk tisk.

But my oh my have things changed.

At first I didn’t even know where to start.


I was inconsistent with any program I undertook.

Eating waay too much to counteract my first 15 years of life as a SKINNY guy.

Over fatigued from over-the-top heavy lifting- a not-so successful endeavor in my pursuit of strength..my CNS (central nervous system) was FRIED.

Diet? I didn’t even know what that meant..besides protein, thats all I ever really knew.
FAST FORWARD 5 YEARS…see for yourself in the picture on the right. I’ve slapped on 30lbs of lean, solid clay. And by clay i mean pure muscle.

I eat what I want, when I want, and i’m still able to maintain this lean look…I stuck to my guns and applied what I knew while on my way to become the 2017 WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) Amateur World Champion in my weight division.





You might ask me how the hell I was able to make the switch. What was the catalyst? What was that hidden element that very few are able to summon?
