Here’s something I hear a lot:
‘How do you do it as a busy, work-from-home mom with two small children and a junk-food loving husband?’
Well, I have a confession to make…
My secret is that I've FAILED. Like, a lot. Specifically at the healthy eating thing.
"But I create healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free, real food recipes all time time. It's what I DO!" I used to tell myself, thinking I had it all together.
Then my picky husband would walk in saying, "Let's just order a pizza" as I'm frantically trying to throw dinner together, of course with the kids clinging to my leg!
Seriously, I spent years experimenting with making healthy meals, still believing healthy living meant spending a lot of time, money, and effort to make dinners that were just “decent.” (The result? Usually getting the thumbs down from my husband, ugh.)
