I’m grown. This video started too slow in the beginning. But I got to admit it was worth my time. It looks like it was really made for young girls, but I can see why because it wasn’t boring at all things I thought I knew I learned different. When you know better you do better.

This video was a great introduction to the topic of sex and dating for teenage girls, and advanced enough for experienced women to learn a lot as well. Sex education offered in schools is seriously lacking. That’s why videos like this one are important to help fill in the gaps and tackle the important questions. I went to a live workshop in 2016 and got married earlier this year in March, after learning some pretty shocking things there and adjusting how I relate to men accordingly. This video is a great review of the workshop (but with more graphics) and I think it’s better for my new 20-year old step daughter to get the information from the video, than from me. Keeping informed is the best way to avoid some really common relationship problems, and finally stopped me from making the same mistakes over and over. The information at the workshop and in this video is nothing I was able to find anywhere else, until I heard it here, and then went searching for more information to confirm it. If you’re looking for a sex ed resource specifically for females, or just need some solid no nonsense dating or relationship advice, then I definitely recommend this one.

What a great guide. This video was very resourceful and I definitely recommend this to everyone. Not just girls. I just wanted to see what kind of crap women were talking about now. But the joke was on me. I learned a lot about women. I mean real stuff that I can use. They’re advertising how to get the man you want, but if you pay attention, it tells men how to get women too! Worth the purchase.

I got the ebook for my 17 year-old daughter a few years ago, and loved it. But this video is even better because of all the visuals. It’s a very sensible, well thought out guide to helping women of every age make informed decisions about the men they choose to be with. I appreciate that it presents a solid argument for how the hormonal differences between men and women affect what ultimately happens in their relationships, without throwing out a lot of ideology or fear tactics. It uses logic and research to explain what women can start (or stop) doing now, so they don’t have to wait years for the man they want to marry them. Overall an excellent and thought-provoking guide that I hope reaches a wide audience of women.

This video was a great resource for me. The insight and wisdom in here really hit home with me and now I'm aware at how to protect my self sexually and emotionally. This guide was really well put together in a clear and concise manner. The organization was tight and focused making it easy for me to understand and follow along. I'm so grateful to have found this video and I'll certainly be sharing this with my younger sister when she gets a little bit older.

This video is a great resource for parents, pre-teens, teens, and single women no matter what age they are. It’s about sexuality, and relationships, and a real eye-opener about why men act the way they do. I’d suggest a parent/mentor reading the e-book first, before/with your pre-teen. Some pre-teens might not be ready for some of the info presented. But older women who are patient enough to make it through the first few minutes will get an unexpected education about men, their sexual behavior, why they are the way they are, and the best way to catch one, if that’s really what you want to do. Overall a great video!

Donna R. Turner, MPH, CHES provides an insightful book on teenage girls' choices and health. I found this book well written and in a voice that speaks clearly to the reader. I was surprised to learn how many facts on the HPV virus of which I had been unaware. This book is definitely worth reading for teenagers (boys too) who are seriously questioning if they are ready to become sexually active.

This book is powerful, every parent that has preteens or teenage girl's should purchase this book and read it first! It would also be a great idea if you use it as part of your book club and discuss it with other teenage parent's before starting "the conversation" with your adolescent daughters.
