Hello everyone I’m so glad you took the time to join me I am Chef Joe Wright.
I have been in the food business for over 35 years. I have cooked gourmet Italian and French cuisine from Paris to Morocco. I have also worked in the retail industry for high-end supermarkets such as whole foods specializing in organics and all natural products that are healthy and give long life and jevity.
I have put together a collection of recipes to make it
