Low Calorie or Restrictive Diet: These diets cause you to binge and overeat. You are more likely to quit the diet instead of successfully losing weight. This can also cause your body to hold on to fat because it thinks you are starving. You won't feel starved on this program. The healthy "substitutes" in this diet really aren't that much healthier. It's just another alternative of junk food. Paleo can also be hard on your digestive system.
