Welcome women and men! The Sole Sisters Walk/Run Manual has successfully trained over 2500 women since 2008 to move through the 5k, 8k and 10k distances, in 14 short weeks. First timers to seasoned runners, Sole Sisters training provides options to ensure that all levels of physical abilities, experience, personal needs and wants are considered! We train all paces of walkers, power walkers, pole walkers, beginner runners, recreational elite to competitive runners and ensure every participant is challenged and safely trained to reach their maximum individual potential! Sole Sisters has changed lives through movement with a holistic approach inspiring others all over the world to move! Originally designed for women, however, our brotherhood is growing!
