So You Want To Be A Powerlifter?

How A 125-Pound Weakling Added 40+ Pounds Of Muscle, Deadlifted 600 Pounds And Broke A Bench Press State Record.

Powerlifters Aren't Fat And Out Of Shape Anymore

If the only words that come to mind when you think powerlifter are fat and slow, you're in for a surprise. There are very few recreational activities that increase your confidence and appearance at the same time as getting as strong as a powerlifter.

Powerlifting used to be the sport for fat out shape guys but has developed into something fun for both men and women.

The days of the out of shape powerlifter are over.

Not so fast. You might lift weights a few days per week but that doesn't mean you are a powerlifter. You aren't a real powerlifter until you slide on a singlet, step onto the platform and complete your first meet.

That is the same time you'll feel the REAL benefits of being a powerlifter.

Sure it's cool to look strong...
Who doesn't like looking like they can take care of their wife or girlfriend if the situation presented itself?Who doesn't want to be the guy in the room that people whisper "wow, I wonder what he can bench press?"Who doesn't want to feel like they can take on the world?
Exactly.

Strong is sexy, confident and self-reliant.

Most people never understand what it's like to be as strong but powerlifting is a great place to start and I will show you how to avoid the most common mistakes so you don't have to make them.

Have you ever wanted to do a powerlifting meet?

Maybe you've thought about it or maybe you just want to get stronger than ever but either way, I'm going to help you get there.

But powerlifting can be intimidating, I know because it was for me. I still remember the butterflies when I signed up for my first meet, it was a scary thought.

From 125-pound Weakling Into State Record Powerlifter

You know the tiny kid in high school? That was me.

Sure I got bullied a bit but that isn't what got me into lifting weights. I was the scrawny skateboarder who was friends with the jocks. They lifted weights, got strong, were confident as hell and dated more girls. I stayed the same, a tiny guy who weighed 125 pounds soaking wet.

At 18 years old I walked into a local boxing gym with childhood best friend to sign up for a trial. I wanted to be a fighter. This was my calling, I loved it. We lifted weights here and there but I didn't like it.

A year into boxing reality struck. I got into a motorcycle accident which left me with two broken wrists, some road rash and banged up brand-new motorcycle.

That ended any hopes of making a career out of boxing but this is where my life changed.

Lifting weights to get stronger, faster and bigger than ever.

You would be surprised how smart you can get laying on a couch with two broken wrists and every piece of strength and conditioning information you could get my casts on.

I went to school for exercise science, then to graduate school for exercise science. During that time I interned with two world class powerlifters and spent a summer at Westside Barbell, which is known as the strongest gym in the world.

My deadlift went 210 to 500+, squat from 185 to 450+, bench from 105 to 315+. My love for boxing turned into a love for strength training, and finally finding a home in powerlifting.

I still wasn't a powerlifter until I completed 2 years ago. Immediately after my first meet, I was pissed I waited so long but I had no one to blame but myself. I was scared and didn't want to do things the wrong way.

Unfortunately, this same thing happens to people just like you.

If you have ever wanted to compete in a powerlifting meet or wondered what it felt like to get stronger than ever, I can help you.

What would it feel like to have...
A great, but easy to understand, training program to lead you into a meet totally prepared.A coach telling what you should and shouldn't eat the day of my meet (I totally butchered this.)Someone telling you everything you need to be prepared for as your competition approaches.
Sounds perfect right?

I've made a book that will take you from average gym rat to a real powerlifter in 7 short weeks.

You'll know all the "to-do's" to make your first meet a success.

Don't Make These Mistakes?

1. The perfect program, diet, and warm up

You don't need the 'perfect' training program right now. You need a program that is really good and will get you through your first couple of meets with personal records and confidence.

2. Drastic weight cuts

You don't need to cut weight for your first meet. That is one less hassle and mentally draining task you should avoid. Instead, put your energy into feeling great and being confident when approaching every lift.

3. What organization and 'gear' do you pick

There are a bunch of great organizations out there. I actually recommend you try different ones to decide what you like best. DO NOT let this be the thing holding you back from your first meet.

Don't be the person who waits on a meet because you are searching for the best squat shoes or if you should compete with or without knee wraps.

I've put together a 25+ page ebook giving you everything you need to make your first powerlifting meet a success.

Introducing 'Your First Powerlifting Meet' Training Program

This is a 7-week program giving you the exact steps to go from the gym to powerlifting competition.
This program is accompanied with a 25+ page ebook available for immediate download, which outlines the exact process to make sure you are fully prepared for your firs powerlifting meet.  You will also get access to the video library of over 35+ exercises so you know exactly how to perform the movements properly, so you get a strong as possible to decrease your chances o injury. I wrote this ebook out of frustration of hearing so many people hold off on competing in powerlifting because they are paralyzed with too much information that ends with taking no action, are waiting for the 'perfect-time' or until they get 'strong enough', or don't know where to start or how to sign up.

In this world, there is no shortage of information. The problem is finding the right information for you, applying it, and coming out on top.

This training program and bookis like hiring me to coach you through your first meet but at a fraction of the cost.

I've put together everything you need to go from gym to competition in 7 weeks, make it a real success and something you will be proud of.
