I used to be fat myself. People often judged me, made fun of me, insulted me, and looked down on me. I used to hate myself. I never had any confidence to talk to people, especially to a girl I liked. I always had this fear that people will look at me with disgust when I talk to them. I used to comfort myself that “people should look at my innerself before judging me” and “I don’t need to lose weight because some people will accept me for who I am” but it never worked. I never gained confidence so I started working out. It took me some time to lose weight because in the gym instead of people helping you, they make fun of you. When I was trying to workout I saw people look at me with disgust and made fun of me. When I tried to hire a personal trainer he gave me a regime that I couldn’t take. Some people just don’t understand the work capacity of a fat person and make you do a workout you couldn’t take. So I did my own approach. I did research and programed my workout and that’s when it started to work. I read, learned and did everything I can to lose weight and as seen in the picture you can see the results. I have trained people who now have a fit body. I started out helping friends lose weight. They asked me what I did so I taught them. I gave them a diet I they knew could endure. After some time people who wanted me to teach them grew suddenly I was teaching a bunch of people.
