How long do the workouts take?

Our workouts take between 30-40 minutes, and we recommend you do them at least 3 times per week.

Will I need equipment or a gym membership?

I’m a vegetarian or vegan, can I do the program?

At present we’re unable to cater for vegans as we do use protein sources such as eggs.

I have a food allergy/intolerance, can I still do the program?

Of course! Our programs are flexible and provide guidance on alternatives to dairy and wheat ingredients.

I have type 1 or 2 diabetes, can I still do the program?

We’ve helped several clients complete BML Programs, who have either type 1 or 2 diabetes. Maintaining a healthy diet is key to managing these conditions, so we’ve often seen improvements in those who follow our nutritional guidance.

Once you sign up and receive your first ‘How It Works’ content, please consult with your doctor and then provide us with their written consent and authority for you to follow it.

I’d like to sign up to the program, but I have a holiday booked during it, what should I do?

Our programs are designed to become part of your lifestyle. We recommend you continue to exercise and follow our nutritional guidance throughout your holiday. Stay active by taking long walks along the beach or sight-seeing on foot. Take advantage of the fresh fruit and veg that’s often available at holiday destinations.

Can I do the BML 9 Week Challenge whilst doing my own training?

Yes! Feel free to adapt our workouts into your own training. If you want to mix it up by doing parts of our training along with your own, that’s fine too.

I can’t exercise at the moment, will the program work without exercise?

Exercise is just one component of the BML 9 Week Challenge. If you’re unable to exercise, we can still help you develop healthy habits in other areas of your life.
