EFT is an energy psychology acupressure technique that helps to neutralize non-working beliefs and helps to implement positive goals. This unique procedure involves tapping with your finger tips on specific parts of the body and speaking to the unconscious mind about what one wants to do. EFT helps to do away with the beliefs, habits, patterns and thoughts one have been cherishing since long and balance the conscious and the unconscious mind for achieving desired goal.
The EFT Chakra Healing program uses EFT to help to bring each Chakra into balance. The course is for eight weeks; one week each for the seven Chakras and the eighth for summing up the benefits.
This 8 week Chakra healing classes addresses physical, mental, and energy related issues and helps to resolve those barring you for achieving success and covers all the 7 Chakras with long exposure to the location, emotional issues and the wisdom of each Chakra with EFT clearing and balancing the Chakras.
The course includes
Week 1: The Root chakra
Located at the base of spine and represented by color ‘RED’ it is associated with your instincts for Survival, Trust, Safety, vitality, and Family loyalty.
Week 2: The Sacral Chakra
Located just under the navel and represented by color ‘ORANGE’ this Chakra is responsible for your Creativity, Sexuality, Relationship, emotions, and Pleasure.
Week 3: Solar Chakra
Positioning between the navel and the chest and represented by color ‘YELLOW’ this controls Confidence, Personal Power, Personality, will force, and self control.
Week 4: Heart Chakra
This Chakra is located in the middle of the chest and represented by color ‘GREEN’. This is the place for Expression of True Partnership, Forgiveness, Compassion, and Love.
Week 5: Throat Chakra
It is located at the base of the throat and represented by color ‘BLUE’. This Chakra has connection with Sound, Self Expression, honesty, and power of communication.
Week 6: Third Eye Chakra
Located at the center of the forehead between the eye brows and represented by color ‘Indigo' it is the institution, imagination, insight, wisdom and also for Trusting Devine Guidance.
Week 7: Crown Chakra
The Crown Chakra is located on the top of the head and represented by color ‘VIOLET’. This chakra is associated with everything spiritual, inspirational and unifies the higher self with personality besides divine connection to love and wisdom.
