My ex-girlfriend's friend told her over the phone just hours after the three of us hung out in person, five years ago... When my ex shared that with me, I was pretty embarrassed. I thought to myself, “They can't be that bad, are they?"

Prior to that insult I use to always neglect training my lower body. I thought it wasn’t that important. I was only training my upper body and running miles on miles every day. It was that day I decided NO MORE skipping leg day!
