So how long will it take before you're in fighting shape?






Fighters need power and stamina . So that's what you'll be working on.





The secret to win fights is to recover faster than your opponent between intens movements and rounds. The stamina part of this program is specially design to help you recover fast. 





Power part





The power part of this program consists mostly compound exercises. Physically these excersises simulate (and improve) your mma movements the most. For example; front squats are a great way to improve your takedown.




You'll start this part of the program with higher reps to practise your technique. Each week you'll increase the weight and lower your reps.   





Stamina part








Week 1



You'll practice your technique in the gym by making lot's of reps with low weights. This is needed to avoid injuries later in the program. Your sprints will be easy with lots of rest.






Week 2



Your technique is good so you can add a little more weight. The rest between sprints decreases.






Week 3



You're already feeling stronger. Your stamina is getting good.






Week 4



Your MMA training goes great. You spar longer, harder and with better partners.






Week 5



You're kicking ass. Teammates will ask you what happend to you the past few weeks.






Week 6



This is probably the best shape you'll ever be in. Never were you stronger, more explosive or had more cardio.
