If you are exercising every day,

The reason why this is the case lies in a key principle
called your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).

Your RMR is how much energy (or calories) your body burns performing the everyday tasks to maintain your body (such as muscle breakdown and regeneration, bone restructuring, digestion, hormone production, etc.). In other words, your RMR is basically how much energy your body burns whilst you are doing nothing at all.

This is the most important principle to consider when exercising for ideal body shape (particularly fat reduction). You must perform exercises and routines that continue to challenge your body in a way that raises your RMR — and the bottom line is that most peoples’ exercise routines are not doing this.



So which exercises are wasting your time?

I keep seeing the same things being done time and time again.



If you do what you have always done,
