Most people training to get jacked focus on strength to build a foundation. Then they hammer volume to stimulate muscle gains.

How many days per week is this workout?
Four days per week.

How long are the workouts?
With a dynamic warm-up the workouts should take about no more than 60 minutes, no more.

How many weeks is the program?
The Four Week Power Primer is 16 workouts over about 30 days. Then, the program can be repeated with higher training maxes for continuous improvements.

Are there videos and descriptions for each of the exercises?
Yes. Most of the exercises in the program have links to videos.   The Olympic lifts have an entire step-by-step progression to get you up to speed.

What kind of equipment do I need for this program?
You’ll need access to barbells, dumbbells, and a squat rack.

Can females do this program?
Absolutely, my female clients love the challenge of this program.

I’m an athlete. Is this workout good for me?
The Power Primer is built around high-performance training and will develop great athleticism. However, if you are running and jumping several times per week you will have to reduce the volume of lower body specific training. That is the only modification necessary.
