Rediscover Training Techniques Long Abandoned to Help You Lose Fat and Build Muscle in 30 Minutes or Less
With just a set of dumbbells and a little time, you’ll find the physique
you’ve always been looking for. No magic tricks, gimmicks, or magic potions here. Just good old fashioned hard work and focus.
Plus:
There is nothing more frustrating than to go to the gym, spend an hour working out, then go home and repeat for weeks or months with nothing to show for it. What’s even more frustrating is when you spend all that time and money trying to build the best body you can and no matter what you do, it never happens. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have an hour or two everyday to waste on something that isn’t going to produce. I also don’t want to spend $50 or $60 a month for a gym membership (that’s $600-$720 that I could have spent on something way more fun) and not even see my abs atleast.
Busy, Busy, Busy……
There’s no denying we are all busy these days and it’s hard enough trying to get everything we need to get done each day, let alone try and get into the gym for a long and draining workout. It’s been said that if you work hard and put in the time, you’ll be rewarded greatly. For many, that never seems to be the case when it comes to working out.
There I was…..
An undergraduate student finishing up my degree in exercise physiology (with minors in both philosophy and psychology) and working two jobs. I had very little time for myself and even less time to workout. I had let myself go and put on some unwanted weight. I knew I had to start working out again and get back into better condition. I didn’t want to get into crazy shape with eight pack abs and shrink wrapped skin, I just wanted to get in shape so my wife wouldn’t be repulsed by me.
What’s sad at this point was that even with my education in the area that it’s in, I had let myself go. Even worse, and I’m embarrassed to admit this, I was certified as a personal trainer. Eek, I know. An out of shape personal trainer that can’t even take their own advice.
Here Comes The Change
One morning I sat down and decided I was going to make a plan on how I was going to build my better body. I knew it had to follow these guidelines:
Use the set of dumbbells that I hadn’t used in a long time• Be able to train at home, gym, or outside Easily Implemented Take 30 minutes or less to complete Be intense Contains variety
Lastly, it had to not only build muscle, but help burn fat and improve my level of conditioning. Over the next couple of years I spent countless hours utilizing, manipulating, and tweaking my system. And what I ended up with was a multifaceted program that contained everything that I needed. Even better was the fact that any person that tried it was able to use it and mold it to fit their needs.

The Solution
30 Minute Dumbbell Workouts to the rescue! This style of training is based on years of research and working through a multitude of programs to find what works and what doesn’t. The athletes that I have worked with each have their own process to achieve peak performance, and are constantly perfecting their methods. From training progressions to scaling (manipulating the workout tools to imitate the experience of the athlete), periodization (organized training approach involving progressive cycling of various program aspects during a specified period of time) to recovery, I have truly seen it all. And, even if you don’t consider yourself an “athlete”, or professional fitness guru, you still want to achieve maximum results for your efforts.
Are you ready?
This program was designed to change the way you approach your workouts and make you stronger with just a set of dumbbells and your bodyweight. Regular folks exactly like you and me are quietly changing their physique, and reaching levels of fitness they never thought possible.
How?
By using these three key training techniques I developed short, intense, and effective workouts over the past 15+ years.
So what are these three techniques?
Glad you asked.
Training to Failure – This process takes each exercise, and has you complete each rep or move to failure; when you are simply unable to do even one more rep. Utilizing this technique is an excellent way to build strength and muscle, and you can easily track your progress from workout to workout based on the weight and number of reps you complete. Keep in mind that if you use equipment that could harm you if dropped, a spotter is a great idea. And it never hurts to have a spotter to throw in some motivation during those last grueling moves!
Super Sets – I personally love these sets because you feel like you are accomplishing a great deal with each one. Here’s how it works: You begin with a barbell curl, then immediately segue into a dumbbell curl, or hammer curls…with no rest. This continuous movement not only builds strength and blasts off ugly fat, but reduces the amount of time you spend working out. It also creates a few groans in the process, and will leave you very fatigued. But, a good fatigue!
Negatives – This set of movements uses isometric contractions of the muscle, and breaks down the process into two types: Concentric and eccentric. The concentric phase occurs when the muscle contracts by shortening the fibers of the muscle, as when you are lifting your arm to your shoulder during a bicep curl. The movement to bring your arm back down to the starting position is considered the eccentric contraction, where the muscle fibers are lengthened. This is where the money is at when we are looking to build strength and maybe some size.
Using these three specific techniques, and a mix of interval training, you’ll find out why this program is nothing like anything you have done before.
Challenging, intense, and most importantly, time efficient.
This program was designed for the person that’s short on time, that wants to get in better shape, and NEEDS to feel better. Life can be hard at times, but when you’re out of shape and have a difficult time keeping up, life is much harder.
The time to become the better version of you is now.
So if you’re ready to make the change now, just click on that buy button below and let’s get started. Let’s make this change together.
But first, let’s take a look at what’s included in this program:
Component 1 – Workout Manual
The Workout Manual is an integral part of this program since it’s going to explain everything you need in great detail.
You’ll also find out more about the 3 training techniques and how they will improve your transformation.
Component 2 – Progress Sheets
One of the most important aspects or training is the ability to see how far you have come and to see what has gotten you there.
With the Progress sheets you’ll be able to keep clean, concise, and orderly information on each of your workouts without having to write it down on scrap paper.
Each Progress Sheet will have the whole workout along with spaces to add how much weight you used and how many reps you were able to accomplish.
Component 3 – Nutrition Strategy Guide
The Nutrition Strategy Guide is a new and exciting way to look at nutrition.
We all know what to eat and what not to eat, but that is the extent for most people. This guide will walk you through body changing information that will not only help strip fat off you, but will make getting in shape a whole lot easier.
Fat doesn’t stand a chance when you implement this powerful strategy.
Component 4 – Fitness Guide
As I said before, for success to happen you need to record you progress.
With the Fitness Guide, you’ll be able to see the progress you’ve made by taking pictures and uploading them into the given space.
There is also a section to record your measurements and weight.
As a bonus, there is a fit test added to assess your before and after level of fitness.
Remember, success happens when progress is made. You only know when progress is made when you have proof.
Where’s the PROOF?
Component 5 – Calendar
Workout programs just are programs without an outline of what workout to do when.
This calendar will help you organize your schedule and outline what workout you need to complete for the day.
Pin it up on the fridge, mirror, or office wall to remind you that you need to get your workout in.
I’d do anything to lose 10lbs. Except eat healthy and work out.
Don’t let this be your motto
So, what are you waiting for?
Your next reunion?
The polar icecaps to melt?
The first of the month?
Stop. Just stop!
Take a deep breath. And make a decision right this minute to commit to creating the body you have always wanted, and all of the great benefits that come with it. In the time that you’ve taken to read this page, you could have begun work on that new bod.

You have Q's, I have A's
[Who is 30 Minute Dumbbell Workouts for?]
30MDW is for anyone looking to get back in to shape without investing tons of time and money. Let’s face it, life moves fast my friends and we have to be able to keep up.
With the advancements in training research, we know there are plenty of methods to help us get back on track. But, most of them are not as easy as we would like. Some even require hundreds of dollars of equipment.
Not this program, all you need is a pair of dumbbells (preferably adjustable) and your own bodyweight to get the best workout you’ve had in a long time.
[Who created this product?]
Hello folks, my name is Jim Young and I’m the creator of 3o Minute Dumbbell Workouts. As you read above, this program was created out of a necessity for me and my declining health. I’ve got an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology with minors in psychology and philosophy. By the time you read this, I will be almost completed with my Masters in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine.
As a health and fitness professional I’m not going to tell you that it’s easy to stay in shape and I’m not going to give you a lecture on how you need to make better choices in life. We’ve all been there and we’ve all had help at one point or another. We find something that works for us and go for it. And that’s what I did. I took my extensive knowledge and built something better than what I could find on the market. It has worked so well for me (not to mention it’s been a lot of fun creating), that I just had to share it.
[Is 30 Minutes really enough time to get an effective workout?]
With the amount of research that has been completed on high intensity interval training, I would say that there is more than enough research to say that 30 minutes is enough time to get an awesome workout in.
To give you perspective, there is research that has been done that shows a little as 12 minutes of exercise can produce dramatic results for someone that is consistent.
To answer your question, YES, 30 minutes is enough time to get a great workout in. As soon as you try these workouts, you’ll see what I mean.
[What do I need to get started?]
First off you need to buy the program.
Then remove those dusty old dumbbells from underneath your bed or closet.
Crack open the manual and print out the progress sheets……
THEN GET TO WORK
[How many times a week do I need to workout?]
The program is really designed for one workout (which is 30 minute or less) to be completed each day. However, I know that this may not be feasible for everyone which is why this program is extremely flexible.
However, with that being said, if you are looking for drastic results don’t think that one workout a week is going to accomplish that.
I always recommend that people try to complete atleast 3 or 4 workouts a week. Even if that means a high intensity workout of only 15 minutes.
[Can I contact you if I have any questions?]
Yes, yes, yes…..If you ever have any question please contact me at EvolvedAthletix@gmail.com
