Hearing this from my 3-year old daughter made me feel embarrassed and worthless. I was taking her to the local park to play with the other kids and I was struggling to get up the hill to get there (looking back it was a small hill too!).

I literally cried myself to sleep that night.



I have struggled with weight loss since I was a teenager. Coming from a big European family I have always over indulged with food, and after my recent pregnancy I had become obese.
