About The Online Personal Training Bootcamp Video Course
This workout program is not like the crazy exercise videos you see advertised on TV. It's our system we've been using for years- And we are proud to announce that it is available to you online.
Our 6 Step Fitness system of exercise allows you to get the full-body workout you need in only 6 minutes per day!
You will have access to a new workout video each day, Monday through Friday for 3 weeks in a row. These workouts are the perfect balance of strength training and cardiovascular workouts.
