Who Am I?

My name is Jason, I just recently started practicing Yoga mysef, because I want to feel better about myself, get more flexible, better posture, less stress and better health. My problem is I don't have alot of time everyday and I'm a little bit intimidated about walking into a yoga studio with a bunch of experienced women in tight pants doing Yoga. On top of that the nearest yoga studio is several miles away and simply don't have the time to go there everyday.
