Danielle Rideout, is the co-owner of Heavyweights Training Center (HWTC), Atlantic Canada's Top Fitness Center.
Lifting is my passion and has lead me to compete in powerlifting competitions winning gold at the provincial powerlifting competition in 2013 and silver in 2014.
In the last two years, I have taken this one step further and have competed in both the provincial bikini competition, and in April I completed a weight loss of 40 lbs to step on stage with the UFE. I went on to compete with the UFE again in October. In November, I was selected to be one of Team Magnum’s sponsored athletes.
