10 REASONS WHY YOU ARE NOT GAINING WEIGHT

You probably have a faster metabolism than most but that usually doesn't explain it all. Some other reasons could be:

1: You are not eating as much calories as you think.
2: Your stomach has shrunk over time and now you feel stuffed after eating a very little meal. If you are often amazed by what others can eat, then this may apply to you.
3: You don't eat until you're full because your meal is either not tasty enough or you'll sometimes "save" food for the next meal.
4: Your food choice is limited due to health problems/health choices.
5: You skip meals because of lack of planning or lazyness in the kitchen and may replace them with snacks containing a fraction of the calories.
6: You eat at irregular hours, sometimes two big meals too close to each other. Still half-full during the later meal, you're not able to eat that much.
7: You have digestion problems/feeling full too long.
8: You are not totally committed to gaining weight.
9: You suffer from a general lack of appetite.
10: You suffer from digestive/absorption problems and most of the food you eat go right through your body without being properly absorbed.

In this guide, I will address and help you correct any of those issues.

ARE COMMERCIAL WEIGHT GAINERS THE ANSWER?
HERE'S THE UGLY TRUTH ABOUT THEM!

Below we examine the ingredients of 2 major brands. What you find is a powerful cocktail of all sorts of health destroying ingredient such GMOs, toxic artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup and hazardous additives! And you are supposed to drink four scoops of that, A DAY!

Most of those ingredients should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST!

We listed below the ingredients that are the most problematic.

Maltodextrin - Almost always made from genetically modified corn.
Dextrose - Most often derived from corn, so probably GMO
Polymerized Waxy Maize - Most often derived from corn, so probably GMO
Mono- and di-glycerides - Breakdown products of fats that come mainly from soya beans so probably GMO. Can also contain Trans fat that doesn't need to be listed on the label.
Dipotassium phosphate - Inorganic phosphate, an additive that may increase the risk for and speed the spread of lung cancer, according to a preliminary study in the January issue of the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.
Soy lecithin - Almost always made from genetically modified soy.
Corn syrup solids - Almost always made from genetically modified corn.
Sodium silicoaluminate - A.K.A. Aluminum Calcium Silicate, used as anti-caking agent. You actually get much more aluminum from food additives than from antiperspirants + whatever leaches in your food from pans/foil.
Polysorbate 80 - Aweful ingredient. This is a surfactant used in pharmacology to deliver certain drugs or chemical agents across the blood-brain barrier. Often used in vaccines. Linked to infertility in mice as well as can cause severe nonimmunologic anaphylactoid reactions.
Tetrasodium phosphate - Researchers led by Professor Eberhard Ritz have called for added phosphate in food to be labelled as a "health risk".

Cornstarch - Almost always made from genetically modified corn.
Acesulfame potassium - A relatively new artificial sweetener, some say it's even more toxic than Aspartame, contains methylene chloride, a known carcinogen. In two research studies, this sweetener caused lung, cancer, and thymus gland tumors in rats and mice. It should be noted that the CSPI (The Centre for Science in the Public Interest) has urged the FDA to banned this substance.
Sucralose - Or "Splenda", another artificial sweetener that may destroy up to 50 percent of your healthy intestinal bacteria. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Caramel color - This caramel coloring chemical is linked to cancer. The state of California also added this ingredient to its list of potentially toxic chemicals under Proposition 65.

Maltodextrin - Almost always made from genetically modified corn.
Waxy Maize Starch - Most often derived from corn, high probability of being GMO.
Soy Protein Isolate - Almost always made from genetically modified soy.
Lecithin - Most often times derived from soy and rapeseed a.k.a. canola, high probability of being GMO
Acesulfame Potassium - A relatively new artificial sweetener, some say it's even more toxic than Aspartame, contains methylene chloride, a known carcinogen. It should be noted that the CSPI (The Centre for Science in the Public Interest) has urged the FDA to banned this substance.
Sucralose - This synthetic chemical is also known as "Splenda", another toxic artificial sweetener that may destroy up to 50 percent of your healthy intestinal bacteria. It also bears more chemical similarity to DDT(a banned pesticide) than it does to sugar.
