Our Weight Loss program is a combination of exercise program and nutrition advice which you can perform at home or anywhere you are comfortable.
No weights or equipment required.
Exercises start at the beginner level and the program is prepared to gradually improve your fitness level and increase intensity of exercises so that you can keep losing weight throughout the program.
Every exercise day includes Warm Up, Exercise and Cool Down (Stretching) to provide you with the maximum benefit.
We do not prescribe any medication or drugs.
The exercise program is designed for 1 hour per day for 5 days a week for 5 weeks. Every day will be a new exercise routine
The nutritional advice is created to help with weight loss and you will need to follow the exercise program along with nutritional advice for optimal results
Once you become a paid member of our site you can access the program anytime for the next 4 months on this site.
This program can be used by anyone between the age of 13-65.

Sample Exercises
Reverse Superman (Sets – 3, Reps – 10, Rest between set – 20 seconds)
Instructions:
> Lie down on your stomach. Hands should be to the side of the body with palm facing up. Legs should be straight. This is the start position.
> Come up with your upper body and your legs at the same time. Hold up for a second and then return to the start position. That is one rep.
> Do not hyperextend your back(Do not extend too much that you feel your lower back hurting. A slight tension in the lower back is alright).
> Complete the number to reps mentioned in order to complete the set.
> You should feel a burn in your lower back.
Spider Crawl (Sets – 3, Reps – 10, Rest between set – 45 seconds)
Instructions:
> Strand straight. Touch the floor. Crawl with your hands until you body is in a straight line. Bring your legs in close to your chest. Jump back with your legs to straighten the body in a straight line. Crawl up back to stand straight. That is one rep.
> Complete the number to reps mentioned in order to complete the set.
> Maintain a stable core at all times. Your form should be correct at all times.
> This works many major muscles of your body.
Cobra Stretch (Sets – 1, Hold – 35 seconds)
Instructions:
> Lie down on your stomach with your hands to the side of your body. This is your starting position.
> Come up straight with your upper body by straightening your hands. Your elbow should be in a straight line with your shoulder. Look straight up to the roof.
> Hold this position for as long as its mentioned and then return to start position.
> You should feel a stretch in your abs.
Knee Bend Stretch(Sets – 1, Hold – 35 seconds)
Instructions:
> Stand straight. Hold onto a stable surface.
> Bend the knee of one leg and hold the toes of that leg behind the body with your hands.
>You should feel a stretch in your quadriceps.
> Hold this stretch for as long as mentioned, then switch sides and repeat the same in order to complete the set.

I have seen people wanting to get in shape but not having the proper guidance on how to do it. Obesity is on a constant rise. Food we eat has had its nutritional value compromised. Cardiac, Pulmonary and such health related diseases are on a rise.
I have always been interested in fitness and my passion for fitness led me to quit my job as a software programmer so that I could pursue my goal of helping people realize their dream of getting in shape.
I can very well relate to people who have been overweight for a long period of time in their life. I was overweight as a kid and as an adult.
Our Weight Loss program is designed to help you lose weight and get in shape. These techniques are proven, tested and yield results. This is no magic pill or a promise that it will be easy. It is a step by step daily routine for exercise and nutrition that will help you lose weight.
Following the same exercise program over a long time causes the body to plateau.
Therefore our Fat Loss program is designed to gradually increase the intensity of your exercise as you move through the program so that you can benefit from the increase fitness level and continuously lose fat.
All exercises are cardio or body weight exercises. So you do not need to go to the gym.
These fat loss program is created for anyone below the age of 65 who has no known health risk.
