Above you just read that the just shall live by faith. It makes faith appear to be pretty important. Everyday that you wake up you are living by breathing, which makes this process pretty important. Without this process you will die. Faith for you is the same way. Without it you will die.
You may not physically fall on the floor and your body stops all its normal functions. However your lifestyle dies in certain areas. Specifically the ones that you are frustrated with right now because of where you are.
With that being said, here is how faith comes into play. Let’s say you have $25,000.00 in the bank. The money is in your bank account. It can be verified by looking at your bank statement. You decide you need to withdraw $3000.00 out of it.
Even though you have $25000.00 in your bank account, you still have to follow a process to get the money from your bank account into your hand. You can just bust up in the bank and start yelling at the tellers to give you your money.
If you do, the boys in blue will very impolitely escort you out of there even though you have $25000.00 in your account.
You have to follow a process (giving your account number, showing valid identification, etc) to transfer the money from your bank account into your possession.
It is the same way with God. The Bible lets us know that God has given us every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. That means that everything that you will ever need in life is already in your spiritual bank account in heaven.
I don’t know if you have ever been in church or not but my experiences have been after people find out this part they are all excited and stuff. That always puzzled me. I would sit and think to myself am I the only one in here who sees this big problem that has not been addressed. The problem is…..
We Are Not In Heaven!
We are on planet earth!
Just having spiritual blessings in heavenly places does us no earthly good. That is where faith comes in to play.
