Plyo-Metrics: Exercises that utilize quick, powerful movement involving a lowering movement and immediately followed by an explosive pushing movement.
Minimum effective dose theory: only training as much as you need to for maximal performance. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE DEAD AFTER EVERY SESSION! THE MORE YOU PUSH TO FAILURE, THE MORE TIME IT TAKES TO RECOVER. (A little hint for high-school coaches)
