Can you lose 20 lbs. in 10 weeks?

Losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult, complicated, or take a long time.

Because my dad had a heart attack, and other men in my family had developed prostate cancer. In fact, most of my family was diabetic or pre-diabetic, and I didn’t want to be on that track. Not while I was still young enough to avoid it!

The thing is, I was already 38…I didn’t want to end up with a heart condition or chronic metabolic disorder. There had to be a solution.

Well, a TON of research and experimentation led to that solution, and last year I took off close to 50 lbs. Now at 39, I’m in the best shape of my life (and getting better all the time). My doctor tells me I have the blood work of a healthy 25 year old. And I have the energy to keep up with my six-year-old daughter!

The point is, what you and I; and virtually everyone else it seems; has heard about losing weight is dead wrong. It isn’t about eating six meals a day. It isn’t about “balance” in the diet. It’s about your hormones; and the top experts in the field of weight loss have known this for a long time. The trouble is, people treat food like a religion, and trying to convince them that the things they’re eating are keeping them fat is one of the hardest fights you’ll ever have.
