If you don’t use Stop Loss or prefer high Stop Loss levels, you are in a dangerous trading zone.
Any economic releases that lead to sudden price spikes and unpredicted market behavior may damage your account. Usually, price moves rather slow and it has its normal speed. Just open any M1 chart and check – a common range of any bar is about 5 pips per minute. While important economic reports are expected or are being released – it may easily speed up to about 10-15 pips per minute..
