As a retailer of digital and physical products, Reg’s Computing Solutions relies on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the vendor of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.
Reg’s Computing Solutions PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Our return policy for all Reg’s Computing Solutions products is as follows:
Reg’s Computing Solutions will, allow for the return or replacement of any product purchased using our services within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than tow payment(s) may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period.
Customers requesting a return after 60 days will be required to work directly with the vendor for technical support or customer service.
If a customer requests a return and the return is approved by Reg’s Computing Solutions, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer whole. If the return is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment(s) to be refunded. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within Reg’s Computing Solutions’s Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product will also result in cancellation. Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return.
When a product is returned, the customer generally receives a full refund. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding vendor and affiliate accounts.
Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. If you find a product sold through Reg’s Computing Solutions with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention so that we may take corrective action.

Reg’s Computing Solutions CANCELLATION POLICY
A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account.
ABUSE OF THE RETURN POLICY
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases using the Reg’s Computing Solutions services. Customers that violate the terms of use of a product may have their right of return revoked for such product.
CANCELLING Reg’s Computing Solutions POWERED SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you are a Reg’s Computing Solutions client that subscribes to any Reg’s Computing Solutions Powered services, you may cancel your Reg’s Computing Solutions Powered subscription at any time by accessing your account online or by contacting Reg’s Computing Solutions.
SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS POLICY
All physical product shipments will be made via USPS Ground. *Please note: USPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address!
All orders for non-personalized, in stock merchandise, require a minimum of 1-3 business days before shipping. For personalized items, including stock items ordered with personalized tags, the production time is shown on the individual product detail pages. Please remember, the production/processing time listed does not including the transit time once shipped.
Please note, business days are Monday thru Friday (Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count as business days).
If an order is placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time, it will be considered placed the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 8:15 PM – it is considered an order from Tuesday. All orders placed after 3:30 PM Friday or on the weekend will be considered to have been placed on the following Monday.

This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the Reg’s Computing Solutions Client Contract. As a condition of registering with Reg’s Computing Solutions and using Reg’s Computing Solutions Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Return and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Reg’s Computing Solutions Services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Return and Cancellation Policy.
