My name is David, you don’t know me but i’m a 24 year old health blogger. It all started with my passion to feel great, look great and be in great shape. As I started blogging I wondered how I could use my blog in unconventional ways. Some people earn a living blogging, but that didn’t matter so much to me, it was a passion and I wanted to just be able to be immersed in health and wellness with this blog.
I started asking companies how I could help them, companies I was familiar with and loved, who’s products I used myself… As I built relationships and helped them with their blogging and social media efforts they began to offer to send me products free of charge, I couldn’t say no so I accepteed and before I knew it companies were wanting to send me free products to talk about and share.
All types of products relevant to my blog, supplements, skincare products, healthy foods, fitness products. You name it.
That’s when I realized I might be onto something, so I created a script to approach and contact companies to offer to promote their product, or products for free if they sent me the product to experience myself. The script and the method worked like magic! I just needed to contact the right person at the company and use this script and if they saw the email, 8 times out of 10 they would send the free product I was asking for my way.
This lead me to develop the blog perks method. Since then I have been getting products from multiple companies for free and have developed a few more scripts and have used the method in other ways to get free tour and travel experiences as well.
