I’m very enthusiastic about what I do; whether I’m brainstorming ideas, sketching t-shirt concepts, or rocking out at karaoke, I give it my all. Coming from a long line of artists, I appreciate art & design in all its forms. My goal is to create & produce comprehensive design solutions for employers. Thanks for taking the time and checking me out. - JR

For my wife’s birthday I decided to draw a pencil portrait of our dog, Wrigley. She loved it and Wrigley does too.

"I am the Terror, that Flaps in the night…"

I have always loved the 90’s cartoon, Darkwing Duck, so I sketched out and vectorized this poster concept. I plan doing a whole series from “The Disney Afternoon” cartoons.

This is the identity package and branding I did for Gumbee Cords, LLC, a new, unique athletic stretching device. I created the logo and designed their website, business cards, posters, and fold out brochures, and helped direct their photo shoot.

My good friends Kara & Joe were getting married and asked me to make them a propaganda type poster for their wedding. They showed me a couple styles to mimic (Shepard Fairey style) and sent me profile pictures. They loved the design so much that they got married underneath it and everyone took photos in front of it at the reception.

(That’s me underneath it at the rehearsal.)

The first screen for Happy Shark along with an image of our first run.

The story behind Happy Shark:
My wife and I started our own t-shirt design business back in 2010 based off a joke about a singing, happy shark. We bought our own screen printing machine & we do very limited runs and sell to friends and family.
