Our Origins of Spirituality



Mindfulness techniques stem from the Buddhist practice of meditation originating about 2500 years ago. Mindfulness meditation was used widely for spiritual and intellectual development, to strengthen concentration, unlock human potential, and reach a state of inner peace.

In modern times these practices have been investigated scientifically for their medical and psychological benefits. There is a great deal of evidence from large samples of the population indicating that mindfulness techniques and meditation (and yoga, which involves both movement and meditation) successfully reduce many psychological symptoms and improve some physical health indicators also.

Yoga is an ancient physical and spiritual discipline and branch of philosophy that originated in India reportedly more than 5,000 years ago. The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit word “yup”, which means to yoke, join, or unite. The Iyengar school of yoga defines yuj as the “joining or integrating of all aspects of the individual—body with mind and mind with soul—to achieve a happy, balanced and useful life.” The ultimate aim of yoga, they claim, is to reach “kaivalya” (emancipation or ultimate freedom).

Meditation originated long before mankind ever became “civilized”  if you’ve ever stared into a campfire and experienced the altered state brought about by the hypnotic dance of the flames, you can understand how early man came to use these altered states as religious practices developed. Even today, many meditators still chant rhythmic, repetitive mantras in order to enter the slower brain activity states of meditation or alterred states of consciousness – a practice that also originated in prehistoric times.

It is said that humans are naturally connected to the divine through using a number of these disciplines. First we must need to understand how and why these teachings have been used for thousands of years, and can still produce powerful results in our lives today.

So what is MINDFULNESS? It is shifting the focus of your inner being to here-and-now experiences with receptiveness and openness! This is the spiritual purpose of a human being. The fantastic new ‘Mind Series’ strives to help you achieve this. It is a Labor of Love involving in-depth research done by truth seeker and Morris Brown, in inquisitive regarding the spiritual journey of humankind. This has taken many hours to complete, but however it’s purpose has put him on his quest to search the path that can help to attain FULL MINDFULNESS and if possible reach DIVINITY in the process.

I’m Morris Brown a truth seeker researcher of hidden knowledge and also creator of the newly MIND series. My background in this subject of spirituality comes from a long time passion in us humans fully becoming enlightened in the most known ways. I’ve researched many topics on alternative methods through taking care of our bodies physically, mentally and spiritually without having to submit to chemical toxins created in laboratories or the usual advice you seek from a doctor.

I’ve always known that “the wholeness of knowledge” had two sides to the coin of how we needed to take care of ourselves, but our world is really based on one side of that knowledge. It was that other side I wanted to know about and how it can be used to help us, than just lead us to the dark places with more questions than answers. The world of knowledge where most of us can attain and not feel restricted already lies within us, and what I’ve learned through research is that many of us never get to understand how to use it.

MIND is a set of eBooks and audiobooks which is hopefully being the start of something new for people like me who are wanting to expand on their understanding of full wholeness. I’ve created this product to help give people a start who are just coming into mindfulness in their lives an open introduction. In “Mindfulness Intelligence Nirvana and Divinity”, they will continue constant learning by becoming spiritually enlightened, through seeking many alternative teachings and practice lessons that are implemented in this series. There’s so many aspects of spiritual wholeness needed to fully understand how obtaining a life of wisdom, peace and freedom through living, but you must choose to begin now!

As this being a first edition to hopefully a longer in-depth course of study, my future goal for MIND is to eventually expand its components into many other areas of research and training. Some of these plans include study and video training with some of the world’s top experts on metaphysics, meditation, yoga, theology, philosophy and holistic practices. I would also love to bring in fellow truth-seekers, writers and researchers within this broad subject, for selection of future editions to the MIND series. This is just the start of an structured organized project series. However, it’s only up to you by first taking in the knowledge and then begin applying it. I truly believe that this edition will help set the pathway for like minds and beginners alike in full human enlightenment by implementing this course to your daily life.

I recently became interested in alternative living so I went ahead and ordered the MIND ebook. I’m still in the process of reading and so far it’s one of the best books for starters. Highly recommended!

This is a really informative set that I was surprise to run across. Im into yoga and so I really wanted the chakra poster with the Mind complete set to print out and hang on my wall. Money well spent and so glad to come across this collection. Cant wait to see what else comes from this guy

Great set and not to mention the music from the top video brought me to peace!

Just wish the spiritual books had a bit more pages but maybe they’ll be a another edition in the works hopefully. Can’t wait to have my poster printed out and placed on the wall at my yoga class

Lovely product I must say as my husband bought me this on Valentines Day.
So far there are many topics in the book that has really made me aware of my own strengths within of being more than just human. I’m still reading and so far this is the best way to start off the year with a great peace of mind.

Love the books! It’s took me awhile to go through them since I’m new to finding my own spirituality. I’m still trying to figure out the lucid dreaming thing but it sounds like fun.
