Meet Linda Filipiak, the creator of the My Healthy L.I.F.E. Program

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology and I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2009.  I have worked as a health coach and personal trainer and a counselor helping individuals at every stage of change get closer to realizing their fitness goals.   

As a personal trainer and health coach, I spend a lot of time working with clients with similar goals of weight loss and strength training.  In an effort to effectively address these topics, I have developed programs that address these issues in small, easy to follow steps.

My Healthy L.I.F.E. Program is a weight control program that I designed to cover all aspects important for individuals to achieve lasting weight loss.  This online course is designed to help educate, inspire and empower individuals to make smart decisions regarding their health.  Personal training doesn’t need to be a luxury.  Online personal training is a great alternative for those whose schedules don’t allow time for in person sessions or those with limited budgets.
