Stop Heart Palpitations Naturally

And learn how to prevent panic attacks from ever occurring again

Tell me, do you suffer from any of the following?
Single strong heartbeats that come randomly and can leave you breathless, dizzy, and sometimes even cause your heart to start beating uncontrollably. A sensation like your heart skipped a beat, or stopped beating, followed by strong dizziness that made you feel like you were going to black out. You can feel your heartbeat in your chest constantly in an uncomfortable or even disturbing way. Your heart makes a sudden jolt and then starts beating incredibly hard – sometimes even in your sleep.
All of the above can be classed as palpitations and they have all have one thing in common…

It feels like there could be something wrong with your heart, and to say that these sensations are scary doesn’t even come close to explaining how worrying they can be.

Of course, doctors will tell you that palpitations will hardly ever kill you, and they’re right – but that doesn’t mean they can’t ruin your life, and your health.

If you’re anything like I was and anything like the people that I have helped, you have probably experienced at least a couple of the following problems…
You suffer from general anxiety, panic attacks or a panic disorder. You find it impossible to fall asleep at night and worry if you’ll even wake up the next morning. You sometimes jolt awake at night, almost like your heart has been given a shock (something that happens particularly often ‘as’ you are falling asleep). You get a sensation in your chest that can only be described as the same feeling you get when you are going down a roller-coaster. You find it particularly uncomfortable lying on your left side and your palpitations get worse when you do. You feel like something isn’t right, but you can’t quite explain what.
Many of these problems and sensations are common with those who suffer from palpitations, and they are horrific things to have to experience.

Fortunately, you can put an end to every last one of them.

Granted, by now I am sure you have gone through every bit of information you have been able to get your hands on. If you’re anything like I was, you have probably…
Spoken to your doctor. Googled everything you could think of and spent hours poring over the results. Scoured the local book store and library for anything related to your topic.
Did you have any luck? …neither did I.

Once those resources were exhausted, you may probably have tried…
Breathing techniques Meditation Exercising (if that’s even possible!) Splashing cold water on your face Cutting out caffeine, sugar, alcohol and everything else that acts as a stimulant Acupuncture Getting osteopathic and chiropractic treatments NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), psychiatry or hypnotherapy
The list goes on!

Yet, none of those produced any form of lasting results – if they produced any results to begin with.

The unfortunate truth is that palpitations as a condition is not something that those working in the health industry know a great deal about.

Case in point: how many times have you been offered…

Beta Blockers?

I lost count very quickly.
While they may offer a glimmer of hope, you should ask yourself: does your body suffer from palpitations because it’s lacking medication?

No!

Will beta blockers put an end to your palpitations?

Temporarily, possibly. Permanently, no. They will alter the way your heart works, which can put a temporary end to your palpitations. This however, comes with a price (and it’s a far cry from treating the actual cause of those palpitations). Simply put, beta blockers will prevent your heart from working at its full capacity.

I don’t know about you, but I think that sounds like a pretty poor excuse for a treatment.

‘We’re not really sure how to stop your heart from doing what it’s doing, so we’re just going to stop it from working at full capacity, in the hopes that it’ll make the palpitations go away.’

Sound good?

Of course not!2>

If that wasn’t bad enough, because they weaken your heart and lower your blood pressure, they make you feel terrible and prevent the rest of your body from working normally as well.

To be a little more technical, here’s how beta-blockers work:

Their full name is beta-adrenoceptor blocking medicines, and there are at least 20 different types. What they do is they block the transmission of certain nerve impulses, which regularly stimulate your heart. When, however, these beta-blockers ‘sit’ on your heart’s beta-adrenergic receptors, they block the receptors from being stimulated.

So what does all this mean?

It means that beta-blockers will prevent your heart from beating normally or as strongly as it’s supposed to, which in turn will lower your blood pressure and (they hope) prevent you from feeling or having any palpitations.

Ironically, as a side effect, beta-blockers themselves have also been known to produce palpitations, and taking them will NOT help you get rid of whatever it is that is CAUSING your palpitations in the first place.

Instead, beta-blockers at best only treat symptoms, and the unfortunate matter is that while doing so, they also cause damage throughout your body. Not only that, but they can also make you feel terrible!

If you are ready to find out what’s really causing your palpitations and want to find out how to put an end to them permanently and 100% naturally, then keep reading…

I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you what kind of damage palpitations can do to your everyday life.
Things most people take for granted, like going for a jog and exercising, having a few drinks with your friends or even eating a decent sized meal at a restaurant can become something to worry about, because…
What IF you get a palpitation? What IF you get odd sensations in your chest? What IF you start freaking out in a public place? What IF you faint or go unconscious at work or in the middle of the street? What IF you are driving and you fall unconscious from a palpitation? What IF you have a panic attack?
It’s not uncommon for palpitation sufferers to think that they’re going to die or to worry that something bad is going to happen. I used to worry every single night about whether or not I would wake up the following morning.

Not only do you begin to worry about “what if” scenarios, but…

It Can Be Embarrassing!

Most people will never understand why you may be “freaking out” or having a panic attack, and if that happens at work or in a shop, it can be quite embarrassing going back.

Some people even develop agoraphobia and fear that they’ll have an attack if they go back to a place where they have had an episode before, and it’s a real shame when you have that freedom taken away from you.

But it’s no surprise that people begin to worry about going to certain places…

Many of the people I have worked with and met, that have had palpitations, have ended up in hospital on more than one occasion after having called the emergency services because their palpitations were so bad, or because their palpitations triggered a panic attack.

If you have ever been unfortunate enough to have experienced such severe palpitations or a resulting panic attack where your heart has started racing uncontrollably at incredible speeds, I am sure you are familiar with the routine you will get from the emergency department.

Most of the time you will get hooked up to an ECG that will monitor your heart rate anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours, all the while your blood pressure is being monitored.

Then you will probably be given some aspirin to thin your blood, along with possible painkillers.

While that’s being done, the nurse may even take a couple of blood samples from you (a pet hate of mine!).

On top of that, if your medical bill wasn’t already high enough, you may be asked to get an x-ray taken of your chest.

It was the story of my life. I have ended up in hospitals more times than I can remember as result of palpitations and chest pain (and sometimes from resulting panic attacks).

To make it all worse, I NEVER experienced a palpitation WHILE I was being monitored – Ever. As a result, it seemed nobody would believe me.

No one took me seriously!

Here is what I have been told after different visits to the emergency department…
It’s all in your head There’s nothing we can do for you You’re suffering from anxiety. Go home so that more important patients can use our beds. You have a slightly higher heart rate and blood pressure, but we couldn’t find anything else abnormal. You should make an appointment to see your doctor to discuss taking beta-blockers.
And of course one of my personal favourites, which I liked so much that I can still remember the exact words…
“You are 23 years of age. Statistically there’ll be nothing wrong with your heart and there are many other people out there who experience chronic pain in their chest. Like them, you’ll just have to learn to live with it.”
I would often be given a high dose of a sedative like Oxazepam or Xanax, to help me calm down from my ‘anxiety’, and would then be sent home.

There was nothing worse than walking home on those cold nights, all drugged up and feeling like you were all alone with your problem.

I even began to feel ashamed about calling the emergency services, even though I was always told to do so if I experienced uncomfortable chest pain or palpitations.

Sometimes I have even looked back and have been quite bitter about the whole experience.

Why?

Because the fact is…

With the techniques I discuss in my book, Palpitations No More, I’ll be going through every root cause categorically. I’ll be discussing what the root causes are, why they cause palpitations and, more importantly, how you can use that knowledge to put an end to them, permanently – Regardless of how long you have suffered from them or how severe they have been.
I also delve into panic attacks, the root causes of them, the mechanics of how they develop and a simple technique you can use to stop them dead in their tracks and prevent them from ever developing into anything.

Countless people have already found help using the information found in this guide and I’m confident you will too.

Here is what others are saying…

“It’s true that palpitations can ruin your life. Not only that, but they can ruin your family’s life, too. My partner suffered from palpitations for most of our relationship, and to say that I thought he was exaggerating their effects is nothing short of an understatement. It’s hard seeing someone you love in pain. It’s harder when they wake you up in the middle of the night, thinking they’re going to die, and you feel completely useless, unable to help them in any way. The longer it continues, the more doctors they see, and the more times they end up in hospital, only to be told that it’s in their head and there’s nothing that can be done to help, the more you start to question things yourself. When medical ’experts’ with decades of training keep telling you that your partner’s problem is psychological and not physical, it’s difficult to stop yourself from getting frustrated when the palpitations keep coming up. As much as you hate to admit it, you start to doubt them as well. Is it really as bad as they say it is?

My partner started getting osteopath treatments about a year into our relationship. Each treatment helped with the palpitations a little, however it was an expensive road to take. The more treatments he had, the more exasperated I became, as no treatment seemed to fix the problem completely. I tried to be as supportive as possible, but there was no denying the financial difficulties we were experiencing – and because I couldn’t see any end in sight, I started to become really concerned about how these palpitations had affected so many different areas of our lives. Not only were they putting a strain on my partner’s health and mental wellbeing, they were putting a strain on our finances and our relationship.

It was incredibly difficult for me to see him in pain, unable to sleep, and terrified that he might not wake up in the morning – but it was equally difficult to see him improve for a couple of days after some treatment, only to come crashing down again anywhere from 48 hours to a week later. We were on an emotional rollercoaster, and it was taking a toll on both of us.

When my partner finally found the information in this guide it fixed his palpitations for good, and words cannot describe the immense relief I felt. It felt as though someone was handing me back the keys to our future. The difference between him then and now is unmistakeable, and although I had difficulty believing it at the time, I can now see just how debilitating palpitations can be.

Thank you”
