They are all lies. Wealthy Celebrities stay skinny with liposuction surgery, expensive personal trainers, professional chefs preparing every calorie limited meal, prescription pills and personal assistants to watch their every bite. Celebrities are not eating mail order meals or losing weight on popular programs…

#2. Calories In Calories Out.
You have to eat less and burn
more to lose weight.

If you haven’t been shocked enough this one will really irritate you and make you regret every time you starved yourself. Only FAT calories store as FAT on your body. When you eat too many fat calories you get fatter, when you eat too much protein your kidneys have an awful time processing it, when you eat too much starch/carbs, you just poop more & run a little warmer. Your body can only store 2lbs of carbs as glycogen in your muscles and liver, nothing more, no conversion to fat.

#3. Healthy Food Tastes Awful.

You’ve been mislead on what foods are healthy. First impressions of healthy foods are usually “Rabbit Food” or “Cardboard”.
