Sure there are many guys (and girls) out there who are shredded and who have used juice. But THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL EVER CONVINCE ME YOU NEED ROIDS TO GET RIPPED!

I use this analogy to highlight, that there are easy ways and there are hard ways to do things. Most people try the hard way and then complain they don’t get the results quickly or easily enough. The solution is simple. If you want to shiver, go to the snow. If you want to sweat, go to the desert. That is, if you want the right result, follow the right process.

Yeah boi!

What a transformation!
