So here we're looking at one type of athlete who trains AEROBICALLY and another who trains ANAEROBICALLY. And the difference in type of physique produced is pretty drastic: 



In one, we see obvious saggy skin, a soft stomach, a flat butt, no muscle tone to speak of, and an overall sickly/famine look,...whereas in the other, we see shapely and muscular thighs and calves, tight abs, toned arms, firm skin, and an overall look of power, health and vitality.



This is one of the biggest jokes in the fitness industry. Yet rather than funny, it's actually quite sad when you think of the thousands of disappointed, heart-broken men and women out there being misled, wasting their precious time, throwing away their hard-earned money and putting their bodies at risk of debilitating injuries.
