What If You Could Learn What Key Strategies Effect Your Interviewer's Decision To Hire You... Without Memorizing A Bunch of B.S.?

------

Most interview advice online and in books teach you tie breakers. You can learn what actually makes an interviewer hire you.

If you want to memorize 150 behavioral questions and answers... be my guest. However, I don't believe people really have the time to do that.... and, it's not effective. Generic answers aren't the best way to go. First of all, they aren't your answers. Second, there's a lack of ability to speak to them.

So How Do You Learn How To Beat Other Candidates, Instead of Learning Tie-Breakers?

Well, the first step is understanding the process from your interviewer's perspective. Then, it comes down to two things:
Building a sense of connection/rapport with your interviewer Building your value in the interviewers mind
Basically, the more connection that you have with your interviewer.... the more they are going to remember you. But, it goes deeper than that. Not just a memory... subconsious associations that you are not only right for the job, but that they would actually enjoy working with you.

I've scoured the web and different interviewing books. If you want to hear about tie-breakers, feel free. There are YouTube videos, blogs, articles, and countless other sources that will only work if you're neck and neck with another candidate (hopefully).

After interviewing countless people for one of the positions I had... I wondered why people didn't do well in interviewing. I then thought about it, and realized... it's not their fault. No one ever teaches you to interview.

So I designed this course which I called "Interview Domination".

Behavioral Questions Demystified Instant Connection With Your Interviewer Overcome Interview Anxiety Build Value & Create Unconscious Associations A Few Hours & You're Ready Decide You're Worth It Overcome Lack of Education Overcome Lack of Experience Annhilate Other Candidates Get Your Hiring Decision Faster

Instead of you memorizing a bunch of stuff.... you learn key strategies that will put you ahead... Here's some of the results I've had:
Started at minimum wage... in 4 years I got up to 6 figures I did that by figuring out that even if I didn't have the experience, or education of other candidates... If I could interview better I would get the job. Went from Target (at minimum wage). To Gap for $13/hr From Gap to SBM for $26/hr - instantly doubling my income SBM to HP for $40 (not quite doubling it again) HP to Robert Half for over $100k per year

Here's My Point

If you made $30,000 per year and jumped your salary by ONLY 10%.... That would be $3,000 extra.

What I'd like you to know, is that getting help on interviewing doesn't mean you're not good at your job. It means you're prepared.

Here's An Instant Way To Interview Better

Ask these questions at the end of your interview.... Read at the second question
If you had to guess, what's the turn-over rate for this department? If they try to get out of this question in any way, change the question to the following: Okay, how long has the longest employee of this department been here, and what is the shortest? This will instantly tell you if this is a job worth passing on. Also, by asking the previous question, and this one right after one another… it will tell the interviewer that you value your time and where you work. In turn, they will do the same. If you don't value yourself, no one else will. The next few questions you ask will set you up as the primary candidate. If we were having this conversation 6 months from now, what would I have needed to do for you to know I did a great job? This question is a killer. Want to win an interviewer over in one question? This is it. This question forces the interviewer to think of you as the candidate that they picked (implanting this subconsciously). It also lets you know what you have to do to perform in this position. But, best of all… it tells the interviewer that you are a quality person who truly cares about your performance and doing a good job. You can tell someone you care about that directly, but by asking this question…. You imply that you're a great employee who cares, and that you'd be a great extension of the team. Remember that implied meaning will always be more powerful because the other person will feel like it was their idea, and not you trying to sell yourself. The last thing this tells you is how well the position matches up with your style of what you want in a job, which is just as important as everything else! If you had to name your favorite thing about working here, what would that be? First, people love talking about themselves… it makes them feel important. Second, you get a chance to support them in what they love, which fosters a feeling of connection to you above other candidates. Now the opposite of the same question. If you had to name one thing that you would change, or the most difficult part of working here, what would that be? If they look extremely uncomfortable… Use this to soften the question, but still achieve the desired affect: We both know every place has it's challenging area, this sounds like a good place to work, but if you had to choose something…. What would it be? Once again, people love talking about themselves. You get a chance to listen to the vent for a moment (usually doesn't take long), and hear a potential killer on the position. For instance, you may identify something in the environment that you would make you not want to work there. I've only once heard a "deal killer" for me out of all the interviews that I've been in. For me it was tons of micro-management. Also, you don't want to sympathize with them here. If you say something like "Yeah, I could totally see how that would suck!". They are going to assume that you couldn't handle the work environment. Therefore, one of the best responses for this is "That's understandable, thank you for answering honestly… I know that's not always a comfortable question." Assuming we both found each other a good match, when should I expect to hear back from you, and what would the projected start date be? This tells them again (very subtly), that you value yourself. Also, even if you're working through a recruiter, or they advertised the projected start date, this is still good to hear from them. They have to think about when YOU would be starting (not another candidate). This also leads you into the last statement. I have a few other companies that I'm meeting with over the next week, but I'd like to hear back from you before making a decision. Just to confirm, I should hear from you by x? This is a soft way of creating scarcity. What that means for you is that they will want to move fast and not lose you. Also, it establishes that if other companies are looking at you, then you must be valuable. This happens at a subconscious level. ------

“I got the job on friday thank you. My wife got the job after her second interview.”
Owen (and his wife) South Africa

Recently I wanted to change my career path and wanted to brush up on my interview skills. I've been a developer for over a decade and have interviewed numerous times. I'm confident, but brushing up never hurt anyone. A friend suggested this course, so I tried it.

It has changed the way I interview. I just never thought of looking at an interview this way! This course shows you interviewing from the outside looking in. Each perspective, from the interviewer to the interviewee is dissected and objectified. After taking this course, I was able to see where I could improve my interviewing skills.

I successfully completed the interview, and got a call the next day with a start date. I recommend this course for even the most seasoned job seeker. At minimum I believe you'll find some things you hadn't thought of, and if you're like me, it'll change the way you look at interviewing.
