[]See… my journey to a better body began when I noticed that my girlfriend was INFATUATED by celebrity bodies. I couldn’t understand it.
Apparently, there’s something about a man with rock-solid abs that makes a woman feel “secure”. I foolishly thought it was every woman’s fantasy, but to my girlfriend, it was a real life fairytale. Even while watching TV, she would make snide comments when she saw a guy with his shirt off.

Now, I was always in okay, average shape. But I’m like any other man, I like having confidence, power and knowing that I’m all she needs. I felt unwanted and secretly afraid that at any moment she would leave me for someone else. So I was kind of “inspired” to get into better shape.
I went through several diets and fat loss programs. I was determined to regain my self-esteem. Well, in the middle of my journey, it turns out she DID leave. But I must say, it was a mutual break-up.
But this fueled me more. I searched and searched, spending hours and hours, weeks and months trying to turn my body into steel. Through time and persistence, using all my experience and previous knowledge as a trainer, I finally found what I was looking for!
It was the only thing I found that didn’t involve pills or body-draining extreme workouts.
It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen. My discovery led me to get my body in shape and get a 6 pack VERY FAST! It wasn’t overnight, but I could see the progress each week. This is how I first discovered how to lose 1 stone in 1 month.

Let me tell you a quick story.

Being a skeptic, and not trusting the advice he received from friends, family or books, John went to the doctor to get a second opinion about his weight concerns. John was not prepared for what would come next.
The doctor told him that body malfunctions like high blood pressure, diabetes and arthritis, gall bladder and liver troubles develop earlier in overweight people. But then, the diagnosis got WORSE.
The doctor said sometimes people w[]ho are overweight have a mortality rate of up to 50 percent higher than those of average weight. As you can imagine, John was TERRIFIED!
When he asked the doctor what to do, he recommended sensible, regular exercise, such as walking. John looked at me and said “Paul, we both know that isn’t enough”.
