“If formal nutrition academics, a rigorous career in the weight loss industry and ridiculous personal experience has taught me anything in the last 20 years, it’s how to get and stay skinny! And when I say skinny, I mean it in the positive, fit, happy and healthy way. Not the restrictive, cranky, perpetually dissatisfied way. I’ve seen, tried, read, researched and studied just about every popular diet out there. I’ve gained and lost the same 20 pounds more than once. I’ve learned that losing weight is really not too hard, but modifying your life so that it stays off can be the tricky part.
