Already over 1,000 people have read the previous version of this system. Now I’m re-releasing it so help as many people as possible.
My name is Chris Ervin, and I created this system over a year ago after going through the most stressful period in my life.
I had a very rapid job advancement which meant a ton of new responsibilities and over 70 people to manage, plus I was starting a new family as well.
But my wife and I usually joke that everything always seems happen at the same time. It seems like life never lets you have slow period or a time of rest. If you would like to read my whole journey, [read here].
Quiet Your Mind and Return to Baseline
When you have a ton of stress at work, your mind never rests, and it seems like it is always screaming to get more things done.
Well my Work Stress Management System takes into account not only the mental aspects of work related stress, but also how your physical environment can cause stress as well.
5 Part System
1. Quieting the Mind
2. Guarding your mind from stress
3. Relaxed productivity
4. Time compression skills
5. Clean Desk Magic
Part 1 Quieting the Mind
In part one we go over how to literally dump everything that is in our head out onto paper. We want to get every thought out of our head so we can give it a rest.
Part 2 Guarding your Mind
Once we’ve got past part 1 and we’ve relieved a ton of stress and quieted our minds, we need to have systems in place that will do this for us on a continual basis.
Part 3 Relaxed Productivity
In this part we’ll go over how to have maximum productivity but in a relaxed manner. We have all worked in a tense state before, and all that does is make us exhausted at the end of the day. In this part we’ll learn how to go from working in a tense state all the time to a more relaxed state.
Part 4 Time Compression Skills
This section covers advanced techniques to get a lot more done in less time. These techniques are used by today’s most productive people.
Part 5 Clean Desk Magic
This is definitely my favorite part. When you start reading this part you might be a little bit skeptical about how well it works, but believe me, if you implement what I teach in this section you’ll not only get rid of a lot of work related stress, but others will come to respect you more.

See what our customers had to say:
I would recommend this book to everyone. It is full of great advise, that is very easy to implement into your daily life. And just by reading this book ( I followed all the exercises) I can tell that is gonna bring a lot more structure into my life. I'm a stay at home parent who is trying to explore online business opportunities, and I'm sure principles in this book will help me to do that with ease and structure. It's very well written and based on a lot of research and personal experience. I appreciate this book very much.
Thank you, Chris Ervin for writing it! Natalia
This book was a short and enjoyable read on ways to maximize your time while minimizing your stress level. Basically it boils down to three key points: Attention management, sustainable mental energy, and optimal work environments. The author walks you through the details of these three concepts while giving practical examples. One of the more interesting ones was a study done with Sailors during World War II and how they used certain techniques for relaxation that resulted in higher quality sleep. That higher quality sleep led to better results. The strongest point of this book is the exercises it instructs you to do in each chapter. I think combining education with practical application is the best way to really learn, so that was definitely a positive note for me. If I have any criticism of this book is that it's a bit on the short side, but perhaps that's by design seeing as this is a time management book. There are a lot of titles in this genre obviously and I've read several of them. This one stuck out to me because it was a bit more down to earth then ones I've read from psychologists. This was written by a guy who says he has a professional day job, a part-time side business, and a family. It's something that I can identify with and it leads me to believe that the book is written with the average person in mind instead of a strictly academic view on time/stress management. I definitely recommend this book if you're interested in the subject matter. Read4Life
This book makes some really good points. The author talks about having an Interruption Log to find out when, where, and who interrupts you throughout the working day because there are patterns of interruption. By eliminating, even reducing these interruptions made an instant impact on my productivity. Also writing down everything in my head helps my mind relax so I can be purely in the moment and focus on the task at hand. Being organized is something I always hear but never did, after the author talked about it I gave it a shot and it actually helped. Usually when I get my mail I throw it into one drawer, regardless of the importance..which has been costly before. By simply putting the important mail by my desk, I would see it and open it. It's not rocket science, but it really helps. I know I'll be brushing up on this book in the future as a constant reminder of things to do. Omar A.
I obtained this book to enhance my Time Management Skills. I have great time administration abilities however they could be moved forward. This book then again, is better configured for those who need a fundamental guideline. I did get some great tips and uncovered a couple of essential practices that I was not doing .
The Author is a master at arranging and approaches time administration.
It's an extremely positive book that takes a gander at what you're doing right and additionally where you might require assistance. Kate Bran
