Let me tell you a short story about focus…
About 15 years ago – I was in a crazy relationship with great looking women. When we met I was at the top of my game and fully FLUSH with almost 7-digits in the bank.

People foolishly believe that pros win 60% to 70% every time they fill out a bet ticket. They have been reading way too much of the Scam-De-Cappers Marketing dribble. The Truth is: The difference between winning and losing between pro’s and amateurs - is not that great.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS
Many professional players within our circle of friends win a modest 54-55% strike rate. Rarely are they even good enough to rack up a 57% season. So the notion of 60% winners even for most pro bettors is extremely rare.
MORE IS TRULY MORE
EXAMPLE: If a player bets $110 to win $100 and does that five times per day, and wins 60% of those bets (3 Wins – Losses 2) his take home pay for the day is $80 – he loses $220 – wins $300 for a daily profit of $80 bucks.
But a more prolific Professional player bets 14 games on the same day, again wagering $110 to win $100, and he wins 8 bets and loses 6 for a win percentage of 57% - he will go home a bigger winner than the player hitting 60%.
Here’s the math. With our 8 wins – we make $800 dollars and our 6 losses set us back $660 dollars. So $800 minus – $660 gives us a profit of $140 for the day – which beats and almost doubles the 60% winner with fewer plays.
That doesn’t mean the second player is a lesser handicapper, it only shows how too work your plays and gain a bigger advantage. You can have a lower Win percentage and make a higher profit.
Break-even is 53% in most circumstances; Profits on more than 200 bets at 55% will yield a larger return than 50 bets at 60% wins.
So, the fact is the more bets you place the greater chance you have of making a profit as long as you have positive expectations.
