This book was inspired by the same question I received over and over again in the last couple of years when clients, friends and family kept asking me “I want to get healthy and lose weight but where do I start?!”
When I started working one on one with clients, a similar pattern started emerging. I realized that the very things I’ve been doing everyday of my life and teaching them to clients started to have a positive impact on their health and well being.
