Now speaking from personal experience, before I discovered the right
information, I too have made many mistakes!. As I mentioned in the
video, in 2009 I was a personal trainer working out 4-6 times per week
in the gym. In addition to that I did 20+ hours per week of cardio
training for Iron Man Canada. I was still pretty lean but STILL did
not have a six-pack! My body was holding on to that last bit of belly
fat despite all my training efforts.

So..what did I learn from this experience? Well, obviously I learned
that you can get fit enough to complete a 12-17 hour race but,that
this was not necessarily going to get rid of the belly fat around my
midsection…so what was it that I was missing?
