Lacrosse training has elevated to an entirely new level.  Average lacrosse players everywhere are dramatically improving by following a professionally tested training and development program.  It’s time to discover the Be The Best Lacrosse secrets so that you can double your playing time, score more goals, become an elite player, and get recruited!

Coach Rienzo and Coach Miller (two former Division I lacrosse coaches with over 20 combined years of experience) have replicated the exact program they used to train countless All-Americans and Major League Lacrosse players.  In fact, four of the best Major League Lacrosse players (Danny Glading, Michael Kimmel, Kyle Dixon, and Barney Ehrman) have used this program to get where they are today.  This program has been created so that you can become that elite lacrosse player you are dying to be.

Do you want to play college lacrosse? Do you want to make more plays for your team? Do you have all the physical tools but just don’t know what you are missing to improve? Are you sick of lacking confidence on the field and being an “average” lacrosse player?

If, by chance, you answered “no” to any of these questions then STOP reading this, it is not the program for you.

For those that answered “YES”, and I suspect that is the majority of you, then you have come across the golden ticket for your improvement.  I suspect that you have been looking for something like this for quite some time now, and you may not have even known it.

Allow me to digress for just a moment…

You probably have signed up for sporadic private lessons.  Like most players in your shoes, these lessons probably have had diminished value due to their inconsistency. You often go over the same material time after time.  Once you begin to see improvement, some other scheduling conflict arises and your lessons cease. Before you know it, you’re back to where you started... that is back to being average. Don’t even get me started on the astronomical price of these private lessons.  I could never justify paying the best college coach in the country that kind of money, let alone some college player providing an hour long lacrosse lesson! Just a tangent, I know, but I couldn’t help myself.

Getting back to my initial point…I know it must be extremely frustrating for you to go to practice each day and know that you aren’t getting any better.

I know it’s painful that your lacrosse skills have not improved.

You never make plays for your team.  You never get noticed by your coaches.  And you certainly will never get recruited.

Being an average lacrosse player is simply a waste of time.

You’re not alone.  There are many other players just like YOU – even on your own team!

But here’s the difference… one of you is going to take that next step and actually do something to improve while the other is not going to do anything, and his lacrosse career will be finished in high school, if not sooner.

Which one are you?  How do you want your lacrosse career to pan out?

I know that you are a competitive athlete, and I also know that being average is unacceptable.  You know that you can be better.  Coach Rienzo and I knew how to make that happen.

We thought it was essential for us to get some of the top players in the world to show you what they do to be so successful…

So, we found the best!

Introducing our Major League Lacrosse stars…

MLL stars Danny Glading, Barney Ehrmann, Michael Kimmel, and Kyle Dixon will show you the exact program and drills they used (and still use) to become elite players.

These guys all played at top division I schools. They all now play on the Chesepeake Bayhawks, and they recently won the MLL championship this past August. If you could learn lacrosse from anyone, it would be these guys. Allow me to introduce them…

Danny Glading

Danny was drafted 5th overall by the Chesapeake Bayhawks in the 2009. He has since been a top offensive player on the team.

Danny played college lacrosse at the University of Virginia where he won an NCAA championship in 2006. He was a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Team All-American. Only a handful of players can ever claim this. From the day he first set foot on the UVA campus, he was one of the best players on the team. Danny is widely regarded one of the best players to ever play at UVA.

Michael Kimmel

Michael was drafted 2nd overall by the Bayhawks in the 2010 draft. He has become hands down one of the best midfielders on the Bayhawks. He has scored 40 goals and dished out 21 assists in his pro career so far.

Kimmel was a four year starter at John’s Hopkins University where he was named 1st and 2nd team All-American. He was only the third midfielder in Hopkins history to net 30 points in all four years with the Blue Jays. Michael recorded 74 goals and 69 assists totaling 143 points and added 110 ground balls in 64 games at Hopkins, and helped the Jays to a NCAA National Championship in 2007.

Kyle Dixon

Kyle was drafted 2nd overall by the Bayhawks in the 2006 MLL draft. He has played in 66 games, recording 102 goals, 33 two-pointers, and 58 assists totaling 193 points. He has also logged 82 ground balls, and was named to the 2007 and 2008 All-Star Teams, and competed in the 2007 Bud Light Skills Fastest Shot Competition.

Kyle played his college lacrosse at the University of Virginia, where he scored 55 goals and added 57 assists. He also logged 109 ground balls. Kyle won 2 national championships at Virginia, won the McLaughlin Award as the nation’s best midfielder, and was selected 2nd Team All-American junior year and 1st Team All-American senior year.

Barney Erhmann

Barney was drafted 24th overall by the Bayhawks in the 2011 draft. He has just completed his second professional season, and he is well on his way toward becoming one of the best defenders in the pro game.

Barney played at Georgetown University where he tallied 176 ground balls, and 58 caused turnovers. Barney was a two time All American. He was also named 1st and 2nd team all conference. Barney has always been known for his versatility. He can play long stick midfield or close defense. He can guard the biggest attackman or the fastest middie. It doesn’t matter as there is no “player type” that Barney can’t defend.

Do you think that these guys just magically got to where they are today?

Absolutely not, these guys spend thousands of hours honing their skills.  And just as importantly, they approach their training with a detailed plan so that they work on all aspects of their game.  This planning maximizes their improvement.

You may be asking yourself, what type of a plan do they use?  Be The Best Lacrosse will provide this to you.  But before that you need to the know the secrets….that everyone is dying to know.  In fact, when we were filming all these videos in Baltimore, a father offered Coach Rienzo and I $2,000 to teach his son all the secrets we were talking about, but I told him that the program wasn’t for sale yet.

Several months ago, Coach Rienzo and I finally decided to act upon an idea that came to us a few years back (I will explain more later, but Coach Rienzo and I have a combined 20 years of college coaching experience).

Our idea was to create a comprehensive lacrosse instructional program for young, developing players (one that includes skill development, strength training, speed work, conditioning, recruiting seminars, the whole gamut).

Our goal was to reach a lot of kids, but we quickly realized that it was physically impossible for us to coach thousands of kids seeing that there are only two of us.  We thought about trying to hire and train coaches so that we could reach more kids… but that ended up being too time consuming and complicated.

We thought about running weekend clinics, but determined that would take away from the one on one coaching we wanted to provide.

We bounced ideas back and forth, until we finally decided to utilize the most obvious tool out there…the INTERNET. Yeah, yeah, I know, very obvious.

We worked very quickly after that point.  We’ve now produced the most comprehensive lacrosse training program out there — ever.

There are 3 secrets that every player needs to realize his lacrosse dreams.  Be The Best Lacrosse will share them with you…

Secret #1

Coaches are looking for specific skills. We’ll teach you every skill you need to know. We’ll reinforce those skills through college-tested drills. But most importantly, we’ll teach you how to showcase your skills to get noticed by coaches.

We’ll start with the fundamentals first, and then build up to the same advanced techniques that Danny Glading, Michael Kimmel, Kyle Dixon, and Barney Ehrmann use.

When you build a house you don’t build the roof first.  You start with the foundation…then the walls…then the roof.  This holds true with lacrosse too.  You need to build your game from the ground up.  The advanced skills will develop on top of the fundamentals that we’ll show you.

You need to understand that you can’t learn to shoot it 95 miles an hour like Danny and Kyle until you have the proper technique. You need the correct mechanics, torque, and hip thrust to increase your velocity.

Compare this to what most kids your age do…they learn how to pass and catch without putting any thought into what they’re doing.

They go to camp after camp and do the same cookie cutter drills every time.  No one ever shows them the perfect mechanics or helps them drill it correctly.

These same kids start shooting with sub-par mechanics. They never get the correct hip and shoulder rotation; they don’t get their hands back away from their body; they don’t hide the head of their stick – and their shot never gets above 75 miles an hour.

These kids continue to practice the wrong stuff.  They ingrain horrible habits…habits that become impossible to break.

Now, fast forward to when these kids try to get noticed by college coaches.  They don’t stand a chance.

You must realize that college coaches are on the road throughout the year scouring the country trying to find the best players.  Coaches see thousands of kids.  It’s hard for them to distinguish one from another.

How do you distinguish yourself?

The answer is rather obvious…you start by mastering the fundamentals, and then build on them to become an elite player.  Before you know it, coaches will be calling you!  You will be in control of your lacrosse destiny.

Coach Rienzo and I know what these coaches are looking for because we have both been college coaches.

College coaches have a tiered list of players that they’re recruiting.  We’ll show you how to move up that list by improving more than you ever thought possible.

Secret #2

You can practice for half the time – but get 5 times the results!

95% of players who practice on their own are wasting their time, not improving, and not getting any closer to getting recruited.

You need to work hard…but more importantly you need to work smart.

Working hard just isn’t good enough.  Too much time is wasted doing this.

Some of your teammates are trying to beat you out for playing time right now by only working hard.  You need to do 2 things to combat this…and beat them out.

1.)  Work harder, and

2.)  Work smarter

There is only so much time in the day that you can spend practicing. You have school, homework, family time, and other obligations…

At this point in your lacrosse career, time is your most valuable asset.  You need to start taking advantage of this before it is too late.  We’ll teach you how to be more efficient with your time.

We’ve designed our workouts to be done in an hour or less.  The hour you dedicate to Be The Best Lacrosse will be much more effective than the 2 hours that your competition is putting in.

Put yourself in your coach’s shoes…he is at practice and has 30 or more players on the field at the same time.  His head is spinning as he tries to organize drills, make evaluations, and put in plays.

This doesn’t leave a lot of individual coaching time for YOU at practice.  Your coach just can’t physically make that happen.

With Be The Best Lacrosse you get that individual coaching, attention, repetition, and instruction you need…and deserve.

Just you, getting better every time you pick up your stick.  No distractions.

Secret #3

You can “double down” on the Be the Best Lacrosse formula by mastering the “little things.”

Your best option is to listen to what we will teach you.  Coach Rienzo and I have played and coached at top schools.  We know where you want to go, and we know how to get you there.

Learn how the Be The Best program accompanied by the “little things” can fill the gaps in your lacrosse development so that you play at your top rated school.  These “little things” are a major component of the Be The Best Lacrosse Formula.

To reach your lacrosse goals, you not only need to become a better player, but you also have to become a better athlete.

You have to get bigger, faster, and stronger. You have to train properly, take care of yourself, and eat right.

This should be obvious, but what is not obvious is how to accomplish this.

You accomplish this by following the Be The Best program and by mastering the “little things” on the field and off the field.

Coach Rienzo and I have seen hundreds of mediocre players become elite by mastering these “little things”. Applying these become second nature to these players.  Danny, Barney, Michael, and Kyle will show you all of this.

Let me explain in more detail…

Examples of little things on the field are moving the ball off the ground, v-cutting with and without the ball, always rolling away from pressure, knowing when to use your off hand, where to force your opponent on defense, and most important is what your opponent is trying to do.

Examples of little things off the field are strengthen the right “lacrosse specific” muscles in the weight room, understanding the complexities of the recruiting process, going to the right camps, playing on the right teams, and much more.

The little things ADD up as they will transition you from an average player to a great player.  Coach Rienzo and I have seen this time and time again.

After reading these secrets, are you still worried about the intense competition to play in college?

Don’t be worried.  Go out and be proactive!

Here’s the thing…lacrosse is known as the fastest game on two feet. It’s also the fastest growing sport in the US at the youth and high school levels.

According to US Lacrosse, “Youth participation in the sport has grown over 138% since 2001 to nearly 300,000. No sport has grown faster at the high school level over the last 10 years and there are now an estimated 228,000 high school players.”

The problem is that the college game is not growing nearly as much.

Guess how many Division 1 men’s programs there are? 61! Very few, if any, teams are added each year. So if a typical Division I college roster has 40 players, that gives 2,400 spots.

If half those 228,000 high school players are male (roughly 114,000 kids), you have a 5% chance of landing a Division I college roster spot. This percentage is only going to decrease as the band between high school player participation and college roster spots expands.

It’s like that scene in Gladiator when they’re all crammed into that tiny dungeon waiting to be released into the Coliseum. You remember that scene, right?

Well, are you gonna be Maximus and go out there and kick some butt, or are you gonna be the skinny guy who pees his pants and gets his face bashed in as soon as they open the door?

Coach Rienzo and I have been in your exact shoes, and we both eventually ended up playing in college!

I was an average lacrosse player in middle school and even for part of high school, but went on to be successful in college as a player and then as a coach. I played at Tufts, and then went on to coach there for two years. I then proceeded to coach at Division I, Georgetown University for 6 years.  I now coach at Gonzaga College High School in Washington D.C.  Gonzaga has one of the best high school lacrosse teams in the country.

Playing college lacrosse at Tufts was without question one of the best things I ever did in my life. It’s provided me with so many great opportunities that I never would have had otherwise.

I made more friends. I met more girls. I became well known throughout campus. It was unbelievable!

I met some of the best friends of my life on the team. To this day we still share a unique bond that a lot of non-college lacrosse players don’t ever get to experience.

We practiced, trained, and competed every day together. Blood, sweat, and tears. This time together strengthened our friendships forever.

The alumni connections I made through lacrosse helped me get a job after graduation.  Even to this day, I still feel the benefits of playing college lacrosse.

Coach Rienzo played at Georgetown. He also coached at Georgetown, Notre Dame and Gonzaga High School.

Coach Rienzo was a terrible lacrosse player in middle school. He even admits it. He was scared to be on the field and he lacked confidence. He considered quitting the sport.

He decided to stick with it after an influential coach (his freshman coach, Coach Nagle) taught him how to practice on his own and how to get himself in better shape. This began Coach Rienzo’s transformation from an average lacrosse player to an elite player.

Over the next 10 years of his career, he outworked and outsmarted his competition every practice, every day.

His improvement went through the roof. When Coach Rienzo was a senior year in high school, he was team captain, team MVP, 1st team All-Met in Washington, DC, and a high school North-South All-Star.

At Georgetown, Coach Rienzo was an All-American, team captain, team MVP, a college North-South All-Star, and he was drafted to play in the MLL. He accomplished virtually everything possible as a player.

More importantly, playing college lacrosse was a life changing event for him. Like myself, he was amazed how special an experience it was. He made his best friends, became popular on campus, make great connections with other lacrosse alumni, all while playing for one of the top teams in the country.

Coach Rienzo and I have been in your shoes. We will show you how to go on to have college lacrosse careers just like we had.

Coach Rienzo and I wondered why there wasn’t a great program for players to learn from…

We couldn’t understand why there  wasn’t a program to teach young players the right way to work in order to eventually play in college.

We have coached some of the best players in the country. We have also coached against the best teams in Division 1 lacrosse.

We saw time and time again how certain players went from good to great, and we often helped them get there. We know that working on the RIGHT things the RIGHT way generates results.

Some of the guys who became great players were average in high school, but they went about their improvement very methodically…practicing specific fundamentals everyday enabled these players to become great.

After working with these players and studying the process, we realized that we had to develop a program that young players could use. During our time coaching together, we talked about the shame of players not maximizing their potential.

After watching thousands of recruiting tapes and attending hundreds of high school games, we just couldn’t believe how some young players weren’t getting any better.

These kids were all decent athletes; they just weren’t great lacrosse players. We realized that we could help young players avoid the pitfalls that plagued us early in our own lacrosse careers. We also realized that we could use our college coaching experience and share the secrets of what makes successful college lacrosse players and successful professionals.

We asked the top college coaches in the country what they thought was essential to include in our program. They all had unique things to add. We also talked to the best strength and conditioning trainers to get their input. You will hear from one of the best in our videos…

Harrison Bernstein, the Be The Best Lacrosse strength, conditioning and speed coach…

Harrison is one of the best coaches in his field, and he responsible for organizing the Be The Best Lacrosse strength, conditioning, and speed programs. He’ll show you what to work on and how to properly execute all the exercises. He’ll show you how to gain every possible edge over your opponent.

Harrison founded and owns Satori Sports. Satori Sports brings the best coaching techniques to sports and fitness. Harrison started his education at Johns Hopkins University where he became a three time All-American football player and Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 1997.

Harrison has grown Satori Sports to coach many pro athletes, college All Americans, local high school athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. Harrison coached for three years with the Washington Redskins, and in 2006 he also began teaching in the Masters Program of Exercise Science at George Washington University.

You need to learn the skills coaches want, and it starts with the fundamentals.  You also need to practice the fundamentals in the correct order to maximize your development.

This video will teach you all the fundamentals of catching and throwing, cradling, protecting your stick, picking up ground balls, and dodging.

Danny Glading and Michael Kimmel will take you through the drills that made them elite players.  Coach Rienzo and I will emphasis the key points to remember.

This first video will lay the foundation.  If you think you know how to do everything already, you don’t.  You need to relearn it from the ground up.

You will learn tons of new tips that will help you improve and develop quicker than you ever thought possible. Coaches want players who have the right skills and it starts with great fundamentals.

Stickwork is BY FAR the most important skill in lacrosse.

We’ll give you the best wall ball workout that’ll make your wand put Harry Potter’s to shame!  You will see how Danny and Mike do this very same workout each day.

Your stick will get better in just two weeks…like magic. And the best part is that you will continue this workout for the rest of your career.

We will give you enough stickwork drills so that you can do a different drill sequence every work out.

When you play in college and make it to the MLL – you will still want to use this same wall ball workout – it’s that good!

If you don’t have the right technique – you’ll never shoot harder than 75 miles an hour.

We’ll teach you the proper shooting mechanics and the drills to reinforce those techniques. We’ll teach you how to shoot over 90 Miles an hour and how to place your shots with pinpoint accurancy!

You’ll learn from Danny and Michael exactly how they practice to become some of the world’s best lacrosse shooters.

Once you’ve developed a cannon of a shot, your playing time will skyrocket and your college prospects will as well.

You’ll learn all the techniques to do one on ones like a pro.

Make that leap to a big time player by being able to beat your man or defend your matchup.

If you can win your individual matchup – you will play more and get noticed.

Offensive players get to hear what defensive players are learning, and vice versa – the best way to beat your opponent is to know what they’re trying to do.

This video teaches you exactly what you need to know

This video will get you stronger in less than 3 hours a week.

With your newly increased strength, you’ll dodge harder, play better defense, and you’ll no longer feel intimidated about going after that contested ground ball.

Being stronger will give you the confidence to get on the field with any opponent and never back down.

Strength punishes will teach you all the lifts and exercises to work those lacrosse specific muscles that are often overlooked in a typical workout.

Harrison Bernstein, one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world, will lead this video and provide three killer workouts that will improve your strength almost immediately.

Speed is a crucial element that coaches want from their players.

As a player, you want to be able to run by your opponent at will.  You want to to get to that groundball first.  You want to get back in hole first on defense.

If you lack speed now, then this video will get you faster in less than 2 hours a week.

This video will provide speed workouts for the field, track, or anywhere you need to train.

Harrison Bernstein has developed a proven program just for you that he’s implemented on countless All Americans and MLL All-Stars.

But that’s not all!  You’ll also get 5 additional bonuses to help you build this foundation ABSOLUTELY FREE!

Here, we build on the dodges from X.  This video will show you some awesome drills to win the 1 on 1 match up from up top whether you are an offensive or defensive player.  It is crucial for you to understand the 1 on 1 from up top.  This video will teach you what to practice.

If you are shooting on the run or have time (post dodge) for a time and room shot, this video covers it all.  Defensively, you will learn the correct foot positioning to handle the different scenarios from a dodging offensive midfielder.  In addition, you’ll learn some great footwork drills that will help you get into those correct defensive positions.

Conditioning in lacrosse is just as important as speed.  You must be able to sustain your level of play for the entire game.  In order to accomplish this, you must make sure that you’re properly conditioned.

This video will provide you with a workout plan that you can do after your lacrosse workouts that will make you one of the best conditioned players on your team.  I promise you, if you follow the workouts provided in this video, then you will achieve a level of fitness that  you never imagined.

You may already be one of top players on your team.  Yet, you may still not be receiving those recruiting calls that you expected.  Why is that?….Well, you need to understand the recruiting process.

College coaches even admit the recruiting process is its own animal.  It becomes confusing for current college coaches.

You need every advantage you can get as a player looking to play in college.  This video will explain (in full detail) how the recruitment process works, and how to properly navigate it.

The little things are elements of the game that often go unnoticed.  This video will show you how to master some of the little things that will begin to transform you into an elite player.

This video will show you how to get open on offense, what to do with the after you pick it up, how to incorporate additional drills into your shooting.

This video will also teach you the best techniquies to properly defend the ball and the beginnings of team defense.

I was an average lacrosse player in middle school.  I did just enough to make the team, BUT never enough to be a top player. I quickly realized that the game of lacrosse is not easy.  I was ok at passing and catching without all the equipment, however, once I was all geared up, I quickly became uncomfortable. I was a timid player. I was afraid to fail. I lacked confidence on the lacrosse field.....this prevented me from making plays. Entering high school, I dreamed of becoming a college lacrosse player.....however...I barely made my high school JV team. My lacrosse game was not improving.  I was frustrated that I hardly ever played. I needed help.  The problem was that I didn’t know what to do... I needed a program to show me how to become a better lacrosse player. I needed to come back my sophmore year a new player so that my coaches would finally notice me and put me in the game. I was willing to work.  I just needed RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT COACHING....... It was at that time that I discovered the Be The Best Lacrosse program.  I bought the Be The Best Lacrosse program, and I religiously followed what Coach Miller and Coach Rienzo said. I had never been exposed to such a comprehensive program that took me through the exact steps towards becoming a better player.  I learned from top coaches and saw all the drills demonstrated by some of the best players in the world. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!! I came back my sophmore year a changed player and a changed man. My coaches were shocked...everybody was shocked...it was awesome! During tryouts for varsity, I played so well that I made the first midfield line.  The rest is history.  I continued to follow the program and only got better.  I would typically go back and watch certain videos if my game needed some fine tuning. I was recruited by multiple schools and I  went on to play college lacrosse.  I accomplished my lacrosse dream and you can too! –Jack Fitzgibbons, California

Joe C. from Skaneateles, NY, “I can’t believe how much I improved with BE THE BEST LACROSSE. As a sophomore I was a totally average player, but as a senior I improved so much that I got recruited to play in college. I remember the biggest improvement I made was the summer after my sophomore year, when I first started doing the BE THE BEST LACROSSE program. I learned so many different techniques, skills, and drills that I never knew before. It improved my stick skills 100 times over and my confidence went through the roof too the next year. When I came out to preseason practice as junior my coach was like, ‘What the heck happened to you? You are a totally different player!’ Not only was I a better player, but I understood the game so much more. It was awesome.”–Joey Cochrane, New York

Matt Rienzo is by far the best coach I have ever had. He knows the game inside and out, and he is a great teacher. He really relates to you, and has a great personality that makes you want to work hard, and his positive attitude doesn’t let you get discouraged. Jesse Miller is really cool too, and he really cares about you getting better. He’s so enthusiastic and his attitude is contagious. If you stick with the program like I did, you will get better right away, and you won’t believe HOW much better you get and how quickly you start to see results. I was on the 2nd JV team as a freshman, and the next year I made the Varsity as a sophomore. My senior year I was a team captain and led the team in scoring. BE THE BEST LACROSSE really works! –Josh Moore, Maryland
