My name is Jim Iannelli and at 52 years of age, I suddenly
found myself struggling to lose my "beer belly." 

It was as if my metabolism came to a screeching halt,
seemingly overnight.

I'm just an ordinary guy... I don't workout for a living (I do SEO
for local companies)  I'm not a personal trainer, nutritionist,
